My partner and I came by to shop for an engagement ring. We told the staff and they proceeded to show us lab grown diamonds they had on sale first. We eventually found a piece I liked but was told I couldn’t try the engagement ring and wedding band on together as per their policy. Not sure how you expect people to spend thousands on jewelry but they can’t try it on beforehand.

The store Manger was Wonderful , I don’t remember her name but she had curly hair and light skinned . Thank you so much for helping us out on the studs they’re gorgeous and the diamond shine so much. Angela was nothing short of amazing! I came in to get a very important piece of jewelry a really old necklace cleaned and she was so awesome I ended up getting a “Mom” ring and necklace. Pros: When I went in it wasn’t heavy traffic so I was seen and helped right away. Pros: they had a sale going on Cons: I really can’t think of any because I had a great visit they went above and beyond. Initially my experience was not a great one, I did call and inform the manager. I will say when given the chance, Zales management was very nice and accommodating in resolving the situation.
