He helped every step of the way, addressed every question I had, accommodated all of my requests, and genuinely treated me like a customer and not just another transaction. Of course, the ring came out perfectly as well. Overall, I am very happy about my experience with Finer Jewelry and would be eager to go back to them in the future.

After being with the GF for 8 years it was time to pop the question. I know I wanted something special and unique so a custom ring is the way to go. I reached out to a few local jewelers but no one responded back to my messages or emails, that’s when Finer Jewelry comes in. Shimon reached out and asked about my idea. I was concerned if they could delivered since the ring consisted of three rings and peanuts characters. After showing my designs to Shimon, he said they had me covered. My experience started of on the wrong foot since my appointment kept getting changed or pushed due to Shimon’s busy schedule but he was upfront about it. That’s when I started working with Gili. He took one look at my design and said, “we’ve never done anything like this before but we got you.” Ask weeks went by he provide the wax and CAD models of the rings. I couldn’t believe my eyes as the paper design I had made was coming to life. The day finally came when Gili called and said the rings were ready. I was left speechless when I saw the ring I couldn’t believe my eyes, the rings were just perfect everything I had asked for. I finally popped the question a few days ago and the fiancé loves the ring. I can’t thank Gili and Finer Jewelry for everything will definitely recommend

I had an awesome experience with Gili at Finer Jewelry purchasing a moissanite engagement ring. From the initial consult to receiving the ring, I was extremely happy with every step of the process. I received a digital rendering as well as a wax model to insure the ring was exactly what I wanted before it was produced. The prices also can’t be beat! A friend who bought an engagement ring at Finer told me about the store so I contacted them about getting some diamond stud earrings for my wife. A gem of a find! I needed a trusted jeweler to resize a beautiful vintage ring in black rhodium & found Finer Custom Jewelry. Their online messaging & emails were promptly delivered with up front pricing. Gili was warm and welcoming with great appreciation for beautiful design, so I knew his own designs would be outstanding as well. I did not need a custom piece at this visit, just a resize, but will definitely collaborate with Gili when I do!

I originally reached out to Gili about resizing my engagement ring to make it smaller. At our consultation, I mentioned I was also looking to get it appraised for insurance and he let me know he had a friend who could appraise it for me while he was having it resized. He arranged it all, had my ring for a little over a week (it was ready earlier but I couldn't pick it up due to my work schedule) and made sure to check in with me via text to give updates. The price was reasonable and the work was quite excellent. I was extremely comfortable working with him and would recommend to others looking for a straightforward and helpful Jeweler!

They helped my fiance pick out a sparkly diamond and a beautiful setting for my engagement ring. I bought also my fiance’s Wedding band here. The design was filled with diamonds and looking very different. He was impressed a lot with that band..I definitely come back for my future occasions also..
