    Talk about rude! The man guy working there is rude! Telling us more people, that we should stop coming, throwing my drink. There goes my watered down frap

    Even though I’m a starbuck lover, I still have to say that this location is pretty awful. The drinks were fine but customer service was not what I expected to be because I’ve been to many Starbucks locations for years. There is still room for improvement. If they make changes with customer service, it will be great.

    Good customer service and convenient location, the only issue I have is sometimes the drinks are a hit or miss. I like to order my drinks iced but sometimes they put the sticker on a hot cup and I end up with a hot drink instead of iced like I originally ordered. They need to pay more attention to that, besides that everything else is fine.

    1 star for reasons... I love Starbucks and buy a drink everytime on campus, but this is the day I have to make a review/comment for the staffs ... I asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and I got a regular latte, the drink was too hot for me to drink so I went back to ask for some ice in a venti cup. Of course if I was them I will happy to give customers what they asked for, but NO they didn't... One of the lady staff told me I have to pay, I was surprised that I have to pay for some ice at first, I know there were a long line but it's just some ice and I even holding their Starbucks coffee cup earlier to show them I wasn't ask some ice for any other drink. I rarely post negative review on social media but I was really disappointed ... hope there will be some changes in the future

    I love hearing that management has The inclination to share their displeasure with the way that my girlfriend made her order today. From what I hear the new manager’s name is Alex. This guy should not represent anyone’s company as a manager I could understand if a confrontation was it hand and one’s emotions got in the way but he was rude to my girlfriend without reason . Customers become displeased with certain things from time to time I know that my girlfriend use his manners in every situation and what should’ve followed was an apology and a correction on her order instead he felt the need to get emotional about it please hire an adult to fill his position

    The ladies that work there are friendly and fast, but the new manager is really rude and just stands there while they work hard. He’s so blatantly rude I thought for a minute I was ordering a drink at Coyote Ugly. He would never get away with that at any other Starbucks. Someone should encourage him to pursue his destiny and get a job at the DMV.

    A very nice barista came and gave me a really delicious drink when she saw I was crying in the back (not my best moment). Hours later I went to drop off a thank you note and a another employe, Parker, let me know he was involved and that it was a group effort. This group of people really cheered me up when I needed it most so thank you to all the employees! Your hard work and sympathy dont go unnoticed by me.

    The new manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to remake my drink after I said I mispoke, claiming it was my fault. I have never experienced a Starbucks employee refusing to remake a drink, especially when I had only taken one sip. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
