Everything was amazing!! The sandwiches tasted great, and I didn’t hear one bad thing from our staff. I would recommend Jason’s Deli to anyone looking for an affordable and delicious box lunches for their catering events. Communication was great through the whole process, and they were so helpful! Will be using again!

Overall it's really good. If you want something healthy you can get something healthy. They have all the sandwiches. And if you want a different sandwich you can replace things like the bread, meat, etc., or just build your own! Really great customer service! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Staff is professional and friendly. The food quality is consistent. Jason's Deli is always introducing new items and they're focused on keeping things healthy, while not sacrificing taste. They're great about allowing you to customize especially since hubby doesn't like guacamole.

Very disappointed with the staff and management Julisa. I ordered (1:09pm) the Salmon sandwich ONLY and the staff missed preparing my order. It was exactly 1:19pm when I walked up to ask Julisa to check on my order and she look around and did not find the prepared order. She found the order ticket still hanging from the waiting to be completed area and walked over to one of the staff and handed that person the ticket order and that person started to prepare my order. She then went back to her duties but failed to get back to me to tell me that the order was missed. I went back to Julisa for the second time to ask her did they miss my order? Is it going to be much longer? She said yes they did miss your order but they are working on on it now. At exactly 1:25pm my order was handed to me by one of the staff. I told Julisa that I was disappointed with the service and I asked for a comment card. She said I can comment online. Julisa NEVER apologize for the inconvenience or offered anything for the mistake. The staff were 4 or 5 ladies in the staff preparing sandwiches not busy. They were just laughing and communicating with each other. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the experience I had with this store staff! I originally went in looking for directions to another restaurant and Julisa was helpful but I decided to order there instead.

I enjoy Jason's Deli but today I ordered a Muffaletta to go and walked back to my office to enjoy, 15 mins from order time to walk over and back to my desk. They over did the olive oil, definitely not what I expected. The sandwich was soggy and that's not like Jason's to mess that one up. So today 4/3/23, I had a oil soaked muffaletta, not very enjoyable.

Pastrami sandwich on croissant was delish, pot pie soup was delish, mini cornbreads pretty good. The chickpea mix they sent instead of broccoli salad was not! Minus 1 star for sending the wrong item.

I like this Jason's Deli on McKinney in the heart on downtown Houston. They cater mainly to the lunch crowd. The restaurant is open from 7:00 am to 3 pm on weekdays. If you are looking for a ❤ healthy meal this is the place. They have a vegetarian and gluten free menu. The food is good. The service is friendly and prompt.

We randomly stumbled upon this place but the way I got what I was looking for is just amazing ... V planned to have salad for lunch n salad is what we got ... But with nuts , cranberry, dressings, ice cream, chocolate mousse, I couldn't help but fill my plate completely with most things I could get my hands on. It was a fulfilling, healthy, yummy meal with out the guilt at a reasonable price...

*Quick update: the managers offered me a free meal due to my previous experience and I ordered the Shelly’s Deli Chicken Sandwich. Much better than the bowl and I appreciate their initiative to make things right. 🙂 Went here for a quick work lunch. I had never been to Jason’s deli and I was excited they had healthy “bowls.” I ordered the modern med bowl with no cheese and pickled onions. It looked good but the moment I took a bite of cold chicken, I instantly regretted my decision. The chicken was not only refrigerator cold but hard and not tasty. The quinoa was unlike any quinoa I’ve ever tried and not in a good way. There was mostly lettuce with the toppings in small portions and the tomatoes were borderline bad. I ate a few bites and had to throw it out. A waste of $13 😔

Have been craving a Reuben for months but living in Mexico they are hard to come by. Took a business trip to Houston and ordered a Reuben to be delivered to our hotel from Jasons Deli and I was not disappointed! Delicious and absolutely packed with corned beef! Really liked it and I don’t like most food I get from restaurants:)

👍 The sandwhiches are good. 🤛 They really should warn people that if you're eating "for here," the chips are poured out onto the plate. It looks nice, but a lot of people are probably shocked at not getting a bag of chips to eat later. Actually, I was counting on getting a bag of chips because I'm on meds that makes eating a sandwhich and chips impossible. (Probably should have went to Subway for that reason.) 🤛 What's the deal with the salad bar? 👎 The paper napkins are higher quality than most other eateries. However, the store is very miserly with them. My entire order only came with 1 napkin for 2 people.

Fast service and friendly staff. Amazing service. Definitely recommend to visit and eat. Open Monday thru Friday.

The salad bar was well maintained and items were replenished in a timely manner.

Wonderful place with a great staff. I went many times, and it was such a friendly place to enjoy lunch.
