My daughter went to get checked she was told that it would be $20 to be seen. Being in the medical field myself I know that if a patient is self pay they are responsible for any additional charges for test or medication administered. But these people never informed my daughter of what the charges were until she was going to check out and she had to pay $250. Not only did they not give her an answer of what medication she was injected they sent her home with a biohazard bag with 8 pills and was told to take one every twelve hrs for pain when what she was diagnosed with was strep. Never in my 12 years in the medical practiced have I ever seen a clinic give a patient medication in a biohazard bag. In the family practiced I worked for we always informed the patient of every test and medication to be administered This is just and example of how incompetent these people are. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well as the medical board. When I called the manager to inform him of this his response was are you just calling to complain. That man was very rude and arrogant. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I couldn’t speak any Spanish and they had few employees that spoke English HOWEVER they handled my care in the most professional way, and was super friendly, and for paying out of pocket the prices were reasonable. This will definitely be my new go-to for urgent care. Thank you !

I went for high blood pressure and I was told to do a covid test. I even told them I just did one 2 days ago and the girl said that they need it to have it in their system so I need to make one so I can be seen. I ask a friend that works in the health department she said that they just trying to make money. They get money for each covid test.

The people in this place have an attitude and not very clean site. Disappointed on how unprofessional this place is wouldn't recommend it. The treatment to the employees is very bad what was seen.

Awesome attention all they did was try to help us. wonderful staff very affordable health care, my boyfriend and I came in quickly where seen by the nurses and telemedicine services we both have health insurance and I could not get a appointment with a primary care doctor for the next 2 weeks we would have ended up in the hospital if we waited that long thank you clinic San Miguel for all your help I will recommend this Clinic to anyone that has health insurance that cannot get their appointment it's the best walk in clinic I ever been to ☝️

This clinic is very unprofessional, after my visit they told me to wait two hours for my medication at my pharmacy, called the pharmacy several hours after. Told me they never received my prescription. Called them and explained to them that there was no medication for me to pick up. They insisted saying they did send it, I even ask for the directions of the location they send it too. Turns out they sent my medication to a Walgreens in El Paso, like I live in Houston??? I kindly asked them if they can plz send my medication to the right pharmacy but they just kept hanging up on me or staying quiet on the phone then hung up on me. The person that kept hanging up on me was a male receptionist at the channel view clinic. Don't recommend you going there!!!!
