The parking lot/drive-thru at this location is not the most ideal. Whoever made our last medicine balls need to go re-learn how to make them because they were not good at all. 😑

Rude staff. Messed up my order and then gave me an attitude when I asked for them to correct it. Had to go back in the store to get a refund and a new drink. I got an attitude from the staff member the whole time as if I was the one who was bothering them. As I was walking out another employee yelled across the restaurant for my other drink that I was throwing away-she wanted me to hand it to her instead for some reason, super unsanitary and a violation to keep food that had already been given to a person. Completely unprofessional and not what I experience at other locations.

Morning crew is fast paced. First time ordering here and they were BUSY, thought I was going to be here forever but had my order ready within 5 minutes. All the ladies and the gentleman working had a welcoming vibe. They all worked well during the time I was there and it looked like they were not annoyed or bothered by all the orders that kept on coming in. They were calm. Loved this !

Awkward placement of the drive-thru. Despite being disappointed that they were out of the new apple danish(?) and my drink beingjust okay, the ordertaker/window person was nice.

I just got out of there. I want to report a person that was today at the drive thru window. A white male about 60 years old, was very arrogant and rude, he didn’t give us a single thank you and looked like he hates his job. To be very honest the whole situation looked as if he was just being racist. Please advise your personnel about different backgrounds and races they are going to face. Besides that, drinks were good and service was fairly fast.

Horrible experience!! Was at drive-thru and no one responded so we drove to the window to order thinking maybe the speaker wasn’t working. Female employee refused to take order, said we had to go around. We said we were there and ignored. Still refused so we parked. Went in to order and told manager what happened. Says were changing crew, it’s 12:35pm. I said the same employee who refused to take our order is there just talking to another employee. Told her please make it make sense why she wanted us to go around again to place the order. Manager didn’t care, didn’t even apologize. Place was practically empty. This is the only Starbucks I’ve encountered where employees were lazy in my opinion.

The manager lady here was completely nasty and rude to me. I will never go to this location again. I recommend customer service classes to the manager.

Incredibly slow drive thru and then when I got my macchiato it was like already mixed together. Just seemed unusual, since I’ve never had it given to me like that before.

First time here, it seems like a really busy location. It’s the longest I’ve had to wait for my drink at any Starbucks, about 20 minutes.

Shout out to this Starbucks!!! I had an anxiety attack while driving with my family. I had to pull over to try and ground myself. Because it was so hot I needed a cool place to kinda just walk it off and try to relax. I walked into this Starbucks and I asked the baristas if it was ok for me to just walk around inside until I was able to catch control. They were so nice to say it was fine and to take my time. Unfortunately it took a turn for the worst. I threw up all in the lobby area which was sooooo embarrassing. They brought me the trash can. They brought me water and they were just so caring. They checked on me the whole time I sat there. They did not have to do that, there was customers there they could have just asked me to leave but they didn’t. I want you guys to know how thankful I am you guys were so thoughtful and caring for a complete stranger. I have an anxiety and panic attack disorder. I wish this to no one. It’s very difficult and tiring at the same time. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I've visted this location about four times in the last two weeks, I order the very same drink (Iced Passion Tango Tea), but it has tasted different every single time I've ordered it. Others say that they have the same daily order and it usually tastes different, depending on who is making it. I can't even think of a good excuse for it.

The Starbucks never opens on time and always opens At least a minimum of thirty minutes to forty five minutes late every morning. How has the manager not gotten rid of the morning staff.

This is the worst location ever I waited 15min in line for a coffee an egg bites, just to get to the window an order still wasn’t ready, they kept me waiting at the window so long till I offered to move to the front of the store so others behind me could get there things an go and still waited another 10 minutes the guy brought my egg bites an then told me I would have to go in an grab my coffee an I was like sir I been here half an hour why would I go in when I came through the drive thru waited all that time for an order you all didn’t have ready, customer service has really went down hill here

Great service. There was a younger girl working the window she was pretty and very sweet tried to get her name but couldn’t read the name tag. Food and coffee were great.

Starbucks is always good. I’ve reviewed it over and over from locations in many different states. Rarely do I have complaints and if I do it’s because a lazy or rude person waits on me. For the most part tho the employees are polite and friendly.

I don’t usually complain as a formal Starbucks partner, but I don’t like the green tea lemonade WItHOUT them putting lemonade.

Been in drive thru for over 20min now. This is unacceptable when employees strive to be on time for work, but can’t go to their “fast and convenient” coffee shop. I will not be returning to this location. The service is wayyyy to SLOW.
