Your place of business is beautiful & the lady that did my massage was so sweet...customer service was definitely not the issue. My son bought & paid for a 50 minute deep tissue massage for my birthday. But for some reason, when I was leaving, I was told I had to pay $20.00 additional dollars & they couldn't even explain why (it wasn't gratuity because they wanted $30 more for that!). Why would I need to pay anything extra when he purchased a gift card that was for the exact service I booked? Also, this was supposed to be a deep tissue massage & I informed them that my lower back, hip, & shoulders constantly hurt & needed the most massaging. My back & hip was not even touched....no exaggeration, my back was not massaged AT ALL. How can a massage not include your back?? So for $150.00, I expected a lot more, especially from a place like this. I walked out feeling no different, which was extremely disappointing.

Wow! Gorgeous Spa and Great experience! As soon as my husband and I walked in to celebrate our 11 year anniversary, we were treated with the best care! The staff is very tentative and kind. The spa arranged a lunch for us in the intimate quiet room, where we were alone. We started with a champagne and whiskey and got to relax before eating. We chose the couples service... a pedicure, facial, and massage. Everything was perfection. Friendly happy staff greeted us with each service. I especially enjoyed my massage with Carolyn. She is the only masseuse I’ve ever had that has given me the pressure I need. She is so knowledgeable in treating people with pain. It was amazing! This is the above and beyond part... Later that evening, when my husband and I opened up our bill at dinner, there was a gift card to the restaurant and a note from Evelyn (the owner of Woodhouse Day Spa). Her staff must have remembered where we said we were going to dinner and told her. We were floored by the thoughtful surprise!! I will forever be a customer here!

Amazing service & luxurious spa! I booked a massage with Ethan - he was awesome! The package I got included a scrub and a soak before my massage. It was phenomenal! Literally felt like I was in heaven. The staff here is super sweet and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed for your spa experience. I'll definitely be back!

I absolutely love their facility, the amenities, the pampering, the location. I have had an amazing experience with one of their facial gals. I have also enjoyed their warm relaxing hot tub experience, massages, valentines Day event. They really go out of their way to make you feel pampered. The reason for 4 stars is as follows: I would like for them to improve their communication with us, their customers. I have had 2 different mishaps with them, and it could have been resolved with a timely reply. So 4 stars is due to the front desk, not because of their spa services

This is a very zen-like, upscale spa. When you arrive, you change into a robe and slippers. You can choose a cold or warm neck wrap, and they offer beverages including mimosas.. The changing areas are nice. Lockers are provided for your belongings. They have showers if you want to use them. It's definitely serene. I had a massage with Aly. She was wonderful! They offer you water upon leaving. The only problem is that it is a little too pricey. $105 is the least expensive offering, and they expect a 20% tip.

Thank you to Woodhouse Baybrook for helping me make our visit a special one. We visited another location a year previously and an awesome experience. We tried out the Baybrook location and had an even better experience! I wanted to propose to my girlfriend after a relaxing message and they definitely helped to make it a special day! Thank you to everyone and the owner for the lovely bottle of Champagne! You all are amazing people and wish you nothing but blessings! We will see you again most definitely!

Facial was a bit disappointing. Zero on the décolleté which was abnormal compared to other facials I’ve had. $25 “add on” mask was not an adder but a substitute for the mask that was in the facial I purchased. Massage was wonderful. First time getting a “sport massage” and glad I tried it. Lots of deep stretches to target my concerns in addition toto massage. Would be nice if Woodhouse locations had more amenities to enjoy at the facility. A sauna or hot tub would elevate the experience. Decor in the quiet room is very beautiful. Locker room is very small but does have 1 shower if you want to shower after. Personalized name on the locker was a nice touch. The basket in the locker is thoughtful but is way too big and was just taking up too much space making it difficult to fit shoes.

Love Woodhouse! Every staff member is attentive and professional. I have been several times and always have a phenomenal experience. Glo gives the best massages. Kathleen gives the most relaxing facials with such care. Kimberly pats such attention to detail on nails. Love this place beyond 5 stars! What a great way to celebrate my bday!

Overpriced, "chain massage" parlor with unreasonable booking policies. Would not recommend! Go to Beragamos or any other private owned business instead. This place is trash! Oh, and BEWARE if you purchase a gift card because they don't do any refunds if you decide you don't want to go there! You'll have to dispute with your bank or credit card because they are set on getting paid for a service they didn't deliver!

Clay is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. He takes extra care of my problem areas and makes the whole experience so relaxing.

I loved my visit today. Alysia was amazing and so informative. She took the time to talk with me before the facial and explained why she would be doing. She also explained why shouldn’t would eliminate a couple of steps due to my skin. I’m sad I missed out on some of the process but appreciate her advice on why she shouldn’t implement those steps. I wish something else was substituted. She was kind and gentle. The atmosphere of the entire spa was nice and inviting. My only pull back was when I checked out there were items placed on my checkout form. (A moisturizer and a face mask.) I had explained to Alysia that I was unable to use anything that was out of my recent dermatologist recommended regimen (due to skin changes on my face within the last year), so I was confused why I was being recommended the extra products. Other than the fact that they may make a bonus for upselling. I would love to go back and have another facial again. I overall enjoyed the visit.

Ms. La’Wanda was my massage therapist, and she did an amazing job! She relaxed my mind and addressed a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders as I asked. I enjoyed every part of my session

Woodhouse day Spa is an amazing place to relax and take a load of from weekly stresses. The team is very friendly and pampering. The team is very knowledgeable and executes their jobs well. I have referred so many people here , some usually go to one that may be closer to their homes, another convenience. Love the experience every time.

My husband and I went to get a body balance massage and we’re both very satisfied with the services given. The atmosphere is amazing! We especially loved “the quiet room” Deff will be back!

I was treated to a "spa experience" for my birthday! It was absolutely amazing...the staff is super attentive, the facility beautiful, and I had the best massage ever! The 2 pineapple mimosas were not bad either. Do yourself a favor and visit. Thank me later.

I came in because I wanted to know what products the place has. No one greeted me, or asked me if I had any questions. Not even a goodbye when I was leaving. There was around five girls in the front. This was on Sunday 2/12 at 12:45-1:00. I work at a med spa and this is not a way to be treated. Not cool - do better.
