Lucy at the drive-thru was so sweet, thank you so much for being so nice and attentive. First time we get excellent care, the donuts were warm and delicious.

Not understanding what people are sitting in this long line for. Their donuts are stale and cold taste 3 days old. The lemonade tasted like soap water. Or is this place racist? Why do some reviews say it’s great and it’s clearly NOT! I believe they discriminate on who they give good donuts too!

This place used to be great. However, the quality of the donuts isn't as great either. Donuts looked under cooked and they were dry and stale. We went around 9:30pm-10pm.

Place is super busy at 10pm on a friday night (which is a good thing!) Lady at the window was so pleasant and sweet and the donuts are amazing and fresh. Definitely worth the stop driving through Texas!!

The donuts from any of these franchises are good in general, but not all franchises are alike. One worker pulled my donuts from a tray that I observed sitting for quite some time. Freshness is my preference. When I received my shake from the staff member, it didn't come with the whip cream and decorative dressings on top as advertised. I inquired about this, but the staff member seemed to dismiss my concern. He was polite, but what's the point of ordering something and you don't fully get what you want? The shake and donuts were good but not fresh and complete. It's the little things that can make a huge impact on customer service.

Once a month, I will go and buy kolaches. I never have an issue but today I don’t know what happened kolaches we’re not the same anymore. Please don’t give paying customers junk. Give them what they pay for.

Question if it's 24 hours! What time frame do you guys make new Batch I know mornings! 5am yall make new, but what time in the afternoon! Noon and night? I hate cold donuts, That been out all day long! Can you put a time frame, so we know when to come for a fresh batch of Donuts?

As a first time app user for Shipley they were very patient and helpful. The kolache was good even though it was more bread than sausage and jalapeno.

Yeah. I waited there for about 15 minutes for someone to come to the window. When we ordered at the kiosk, they answered but no one came through at the window: no acknowledgement or anything. Now I understand the poor reviews. Hire people who actually want to do AT LEAST the bare minimum.

Don’t online order off Uber eats or other food delivery apps. Order was completely wrong (donuts and coffee). Basically put what was left in the box.

Always quick fast and accurate. Even with a line full 5+ wait isn't too bad. Plus food is always fresh and warm
