A few days ago, a colleague commented on my attitude, "Whatever it is you're doing, you seem happier," I thought, it's got to be the yoga. I have been going to YogaOne for a couple of months now, and I can say it's the best place to start or continue your yoga practice in the Kingwood area. Nikki and all the other instructors are great.

Nikki and yoga instructors are amazing at YogaOne Kingwood. We always love going to her and the other instructors teaching classes. They keep it fun and interesting. We are challenged every class and cannot wait to go back. The studio is clean and plenty of room for my sun salutations. Large gorgeous mirrors to watch my form. Great location! Definitely recommend if you want to remain or get healthy.

I am so happy I found YogaOne when I moved to Kingwood, it has been amazing! The yoga teachers are exceptional, the yoga space to practice in is peaceful with windows looking out to trees and nature. I love the spirit of community that the owner Nikki brings to the studio - from nature hikes, book club, meditation and sound bath workshops, yoga workshops, and ways to give back to the community and be involved.

This studio has been so welcoming since my first day. I started as a newbie and felt so supported in every class and still do years later. There are always wonderful instructors who are fun and willing to help you grow in your practice. I’m so grateful I found YogaOne!

I can’t recommend YogaOne Kingwood enough!! The staff are so friendly, encouraging, and passionate about your yoga journey. I love the flexibility of the unlimited pass and being able to attend whatever classes I want each month. Shout out to Nikki and the YogaOne team!!

Love this place!!! :) each instructor is great, the studio, it feels homey. 1st time trying hot yoga and it never fails me, it feels so great each time. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried it.

I completed my first hot yoga class and it felt great. I was super surprised that I made it to the end. The facility is nice and inviting. I didn't feel uncomfortable when I was not able to do a pose or stay in one as long as the instructor requested. It was hot though up to 107 degrees so make sure you bring water in a container that will stay cool for intermittent drinking along with towels if your like me. It was one of the best experiences working out I've had and I will definitely be back. 💙💙💙

The studio was great and well designed. I got a flat tire unexpectedly right before I showed up and instead of stressing out about fixing it they encourage me to go to class because they had a portable tire. Inflator got me fixed up so I could head out after. Top-notch experience!

Yoga One has helped me build strength physically and mentally through their different class types. The teachers are allowed to bring their unique techniques and style to their classes. Yoga one has allowed me to continue to be able to move my body even through injuries and pregnancies. Although yoga one helps build strength in your mind and body it is also a place of beautiful community and support. I’m grateful to be a member of this studio! I very much enjoy the yoga classes at YogaOne Kingwood. The instructors I have worked with have been extremely knowledgeable and easy to learn from. The owner, Nikki Shealy, has truly gone above and beyond in her response to a problem I was experiencing with my YogaOne membership. Not only has she been prompt to respond to my messages, but she has given me several acceptable solutions to the problem I was having. I am so glad to be able to attend classes at YogaOne in Kingwood.

Love YogaOne and ALL the classes! It gets good and hot in there which is important for my practice. The environment is welcoming to all levels and it is a fantastic community. All the teachers are fabulous and I leave feeling like a million bucks. Thank you, Nikki and the YogaOne team!!

YogaOne is my favorite place to be each week. I get to practice emotional regulation while physically stretching and strengthening my body. The instructors successfully manage a wide variety of student levels in each class, and they definitely bring the heat.
