Lovely experience! The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I had a hot stone massage and it was heavenly. My therapist, Emily, had an excellent technique. She was great about checking in and making any adjustments to the treatment. They have covid procedures in place which are clearly stated. Overall, highly recommend!

Alright so after my not so ideal experience at Sanctuary the first go around, the owner, Sabrina sent me a message on Yelp and followed up with a call to talk to me about my experiences. She was very professional, did not try to make excuses and reassured me that she would talk to other clients with the same masseuse that day to see if they had the same experiences. She was courteous and extended an offer for me to come back so that they could make it right - now I don't expect businesses to do this because I understand they lose money but I really appreciated the gesture and it shows me that Sabrina really wanted to fix the issue. It also shows good business practice and that the business has a gold standard they want to achieve and won't accept anything but perfection. So thank you Sabrina for making right, in doing so you've gained another repeat customer and hopefully recommendations for others to come! As for my second experience here, it was definitely way way better than the first. I was greeted and checked-in by Sabrina herself. Then I was lead to the back room and the girl offered to set up the massage chair for me this time around. That was really helpful cause I had no idea the first time how to do it. She even offered me water, tea or snacks! Again, missing from the first experience. I was able to relax in the massage chair for about 10 mins before my masseuse Nakia (apologize if I got the name wrong) grabbed me. She discussed my expectations and needs and she actually listened to what I told her, everything was what I wanted and more! Her motions are fluid, her pressure was softer than I would like but also so on point - I know that doesn't make sense but every time I had the urge to tell her to increase the pressure, it was just enough that it was relaxing and not painful and I could also feel that it was helpful - kneading out my knots and pulling in all the right places! I'm glad I let her work her magic! The only complaint was the massage oil was a menthol - which made me smell like a grandma afterwards and made me feel so cold during the whole massage. I'm sure it was good for my muscles though so I can't complain too much. The hot towels were amazing and so was the heated massage bed - not something I experienced the first time. Overall, I would love to see Nakia again and I'm glad she was made lead masseuse at Sanctuary! Can't wait to go back for more and for a facial!

I had my first facial with Kim today and everything was amazing from start to finish. I was immediately greeted and taken back to the waiting area which I was offered a massage chair and tea. The room was really peaceful. She first started off with a consultation which I shared my concerns, goals and skincare history. Every step along the way was explained. I was not pressured to buy any items although I did. I will definitely be back every 4-6 weeks to see Kim. Thank you Spa Sanctuary!

Went for my first prenatal massage and had a great experience! Tina was my lady and she was very professional and made the experience very comfortable for me and the baby.

Savannah performed the best facial on me. I left with my skin feeling amazing. She gave me such a relaxing massage. Can’t wait to go back!! Book with her, you won’t regret it.

I had Sam he was very friendly and welcoming and he massaged very well as an esthetician I’m very picky. They also made me feel so special for my birthday. I will be back!!

Had my first massage and facial here, as well as a yoni steam service. All I can say is WOW! 11/10 will recommend and be back!! The quality and natural products wins me over, but the service just rockets it out of the stratosphere! Everyone is so friendly and inviting. My esthetician, Jill, was absolutely wonderful! She left me glowing, clean and happy! My massage therapist, jenny, left me super relaxed and walking on air! I will definitely be back. Their group packages are also really affordable. Side note, I really appreciated the consultation from both my providers of services to address my specific needs ❤️

Toya is a master at massage! I feel like my massage was created just for me. I’ve had massages at Post Oak Hotel and it didn’t even compare to Sanctuary Spa!!

update : the owner reached out to me shortly after the review. i missed her initial call and listened to the voicemail. she was so sincere in apologizing for our experience, and i called her back to speak to her directly. she was very open to what i had to say and was super pleasant to speak to. she offered a solution to the situation and was just super genuine. speaking to her and seeing how much she cared about the state of her business did change my opinions of the establishment. i will be going back to give it a second try. thank you sabrina :D i brought my mom here for her birthday and we got the duo massage package. it is a super cute establishment and the guest service girl was super sweet. she helped us get set up and brought water. i was excited to get to unwind and relax in their meditation room prior to our services. in the meditation room, there was a little girl playing tiktok videos on full volume that heavily disrupted being able to relax. another woman came in and threw her bag down and rummaged loudly through the snack station. this hindered being able to feel like i could unwind a bit before, and my mother felt the same. my massage therapist was sam and he was fantastic. he consulted with me prior to my service and went over what i would like and did just that! im unsure of who my moms therapist was but she was coughing and sniffling the ENTIRE service and since we were in the same room, disrupted any chance of either of us totally relaxing. the facility is beautiful, but there were totally plenty of factors that have hindering either of us wanting to return.

Absolutely adore Sanctuary Spa. I’ve had a membership on and for for a few years now, and they never disappoint. I started with Annie years ago, and now Tamara is absolutely incredible and the best facialist!!! Facials, massages, products… everything is absolutely top here
