We used to frequent this bar back in the 90’s. Our Mom and her best friend would join us on occasion for happy hour. They loved to meet us and meet the people we hung out with back in the day. Mom always told my Brother and me, don’t waste your money on a funeral for me, just throw me in the back of Brother’s Suburban, stop and Lizzard’s and buy a round of drinks for the house on me. And, so we did!! It was absolutely the most incredible Celebration of Life I could have hoped to have had for an incredibly beautiful soul. The staff, Jean and Shannon, were absolutely amazing! Never did any of the celebrants wait for a drink. They invented the “GOAT” shot for us all to toast my Mom. Words cannot express our gratitude to Jean and Shannon for helping us to fulfill our Mom’s wishes with such flair. I highly recommend this hole in the wall bar. It’s as friendly and inviting today as it was when we used to frequent it back in the day. Thank you, Jean!! What an amazing memory you helped to create for us, our Momma and all the friends and family who were able to come. ❤️

On our regular Friday Happy Hour Date-night, I found we were right around the corner from Lizzards Pub…we went in & sat at the bar. Immediately you know this is a neighborhood bar - everyone knew everyone. Ashley was the bartender & is great! She was fun to talk with & she made a mean ‘dirty’ Martini! Oliver is a big old boy - possibly part retriever & part Pitty…a sweetie! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & have now put Lizzards on our list to revisit!

Bartender blamed me for stealing beers and I never ordered any beer all night. Some group did and she was being very rude to me and grouped me with them. Hostile bartender shifting blame for her own issue

Lizzard's Pub is a very nice neighborhood bar. Calm area and laid back atmosphere. Feeling at home there, and this is one of my favorite place for a beer.

Cute neighborhood dive bar. My skate group stopped in on our route and the incredible bartender didn’t bat an eye at helping 20 people get drinks. There’s an outside patio as well as inside space.

Perfect little hole in the wall. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Awesome staff. Good low key place to chill!

Any place that has more than 4 different types of Shiner bottles in their fridge is alright with me. Other than that a great atmosphere and good music
