I was extremely disappointed in this order. I would never order from this location again. When I cook for people, I always consider “would I like to eat this?” This chef does not. It was doughy, greasy, over saucy, cheese didn’t even reach the crust. Bleh, what a waste of my money and calories on a football Sunday. That’s a hard pass for me.

Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 16 minutes and brought it straight home (5-7 minutes away). The pizza is cold and cardboard-ish. They offered to remake it for me but I just got home and don’t want to go out again. I asked for a credit and was offered 50% off next time. The person I spoke with assured me everything is made upon ordering. I believe that’s probably true but I’m usually told it’ll be ready in 10 minutes, not 20. I assumed they were simply swamped and that’s why it would take longer tonight but when I got there, the person who handed me my pizza said they weren’t doing anything until I called to order pizza - they were just doing dishes - and they were grateful for the order. I think the miscommunication in the amount of time it would take to prepare the pizza resulted in me eating cold pizza. People probably ask for a credit all the time but wouldn’t that info be in their customer notes? I don’t mind the cold pizza all that much; it’s edible. I’m most angry because I feel like the person whom I spoke with was dismissive and condescending. Maybe my old Pink’s Pizza locations in Oak Forest and the Heights are still great. The one in Montrose on West Gray is not great.

Great pizza, friendly staff, good tunes and just all around great vibes. Pinks always delivers awesome pizza with awesome topping choices. I personally prefer to create my own pizza, but their specialty ones are all great, just more complicated. It’s also awesome they sell pizza by the slice when you don’t want or need a whole pizza. This location made some exceptionally great slices. Don’t forget they sell dough if you want to make some of your own at home!

Vastly inconsistent. Yesterday I had easily one of the best salads in town there and today I ordered the same salad and it was a ghost of what I had yesterday. The pizza yesterday was awesome and today the wings were the soggiest wings I’ve ever had (I’m only 5 mins away from Pink’s). I made sure to ask for extra crispy wings as I’d had the same experience a few weeks prior and they still gave them to me undercooked and the skin was grossly chewy. Seems like the person cooking at the time of order makes all the difference. Flavors are there, execution is sometimes off, unfortunately. 5 stars for yesterday, 2.5 for today.

Ordered a medium Big Hoss pizza and mozzarella sticks tonight. Pizza was just as tasty as it was the last time I had pizza from Pink’s. I’m knocking off a star for a few reasons. Everything was ice cold (I acknowledge that could very well be UberEats’ fault). Despite being cold, the pizza was tasty, except for something being too spicy for my liking; the sausage, perhaps. Not spicy enough to ruin the experience, but too spicy for my preference. While the pizza was tasty, the mozzarella sticks were very disappointing: cold, congealed, and basically tasteless. Finally, the pizza was not cut all the way. Almost half of it wasn’t sliced. Not the end of the world, but annoying, nevertheless. Addendum: second try today on 11/8. Ordered a different pizza. Flavor is excellent, but crust is way too thin! I also paid $2 to add a topping that was not added. Ergo, I’m taking off another star.

Food was amazing! However, the manager and team really need to work on professionalism!!! Their conversation was inappropriate and vulgar with profanity; there was no regard for me as a customer. Sometimes, you shouldn’t size up people! You never know who’s visiting your establishment! By the way, my friend, who was with me, is a restaurant critic and editor of a local magazine

After grabbing a slice in the airport the other day we decide to drop by this location for a fresh pie. As a kid I lived in NY and this is the pizza of my childhood! Cannot tell you how excited I am to be able to have this in the city I reside in! It's a bit of a drive for me but it's one I'm willing to happily make.

Ordered for takeout, and the food was ready quickly. We got the big boss pizza (meat lovers) and hot wings. I wasn’t impressed with either of them and the wings were some of the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. Might be willing to give another one of their pizzas a try but it was pretty expensive as well so I probably won’t.

Pinks Pizza is a pizza lover's paradise, where the art of crafting delicious pies reaches new heights. With their mouthwatering cheese pizza and signature creation, the "Rocko," this pizzeria has stolen the hearts and taste buds of pizza aficionados far and wide. Let's start with the cheese pizza at Pinks. It is a masterpiece in simplicity, showcasing the perfect harmony of flavors. The crust is thin and crispy, providing an ideal base for the generous layer of melty, gooey cheese. Each bite is a delight, with the cheese stretching and oozing with every indulgent mouthful. The balance between the tangy tomato sauce and the creamy cheese is absolutely divine, making it a classic choice that never disappoints. Now, let's talk about the star of the show, the "Rocko" pizza. This signature creation is a true culinary marvel. The combination of flavors and textures is simply outstanding. The perfectly baked crust provides a sturdy foundation for a symphony of toppings that include savory sausage, crispy bacon, tangy onions, and a zesty blend of cheeses. Every bite is an explosion of flavors, with each ingredient playing its part in creating a pizza experience that is both memorable and addictive. Beyond the phenomenal pizzas, Pinks Pizza offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The vibrant and casual setting makes it an ideal spot for gathering with friends or enjoying a laid-back meal. The staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with recommendations or customization options. Their passion for pizza shines through in their service, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. Pinks Pizza also caters to different dietary preferences and offers a range of options to accommodate various tastes. Whether you're a meat lover, a vegetarian, or seeking gluten-free alternatives, there is a pizza for everyone at Pinks. In conclusion, Pinks Pizza is a haven for pizza enthusiasts, serving up cheesy delights and flavor-packed creations that will leave you craving more. From their irresistibly gooey cheese pizza to the unforgettable "Rocko," every bite is a testament to their commitment to quality and taste. The warm ambiance and attentive service further elevate the dining experience. If you're in search of a pizza joint that excels in flavor and craftsmanship, look no further than Pinks Pizza. Prepare to embark on a pizza journey that will tantalize your taste buds and satisfy your pizza cravings like never before!

I got the Mediterranean pizza and it was outstanding. The sun dried tomatoes and the fresh tomatoes with cheese under and on top were terrific. If you offered this with a hot sauce drizzle and a side of tzatziki for dipping I would be fully blown away. Also the olives and the seasoning were great.

The staff here was super nice and helpful. The ambiance inside was pretty terrible - a leak in the ceiling, drab walls and floor, odd looking tables. They offer pizza’s by name that come with set toppings, but if you want to order just a slice of one of those, you will have to pay $0.60 for each topping - after that and a Dr Pepper, my price came out to about $10. Not the worst, but definitely steep for a single slice of pizza, so make sure you order a slice with only exactly the toppings you want, rather than ordering by name. Overall, I think the downtown pink’s is far superior and this place is kinda sad…

We ordered pizza slices which are all made to order. They are generous with topping portions. Excellent flavors, crispy crusts. They can also accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions like diary free or gluten free.

I loved the pizza, it is a little expensive but it was good, keep in mind they charge for every ingredient when you buy per slice

Super wow! We were originally planning to go to Luna, but decided to try this place out. I placed an order for pickup since I was already nearby and the cook time is faster any way. The staff was super friendly upon arrival. The pizza was so delicious. We decided to go with the deuce pizza and added pepperoni in a 16” large size. My friend and I were not disappointed and the pizza reheats pretty well too! Must try

I have been coming here the last few years. My wife gets her nails down the street and I always stop in to grab a slice while I wait. Staff is awesome and the pizza is exactly what you want consistently delicious!

Used to be a fan but now not so sure. All their pizzas are pre-made with hardly any cheese. The bottom of my pizzas are always black, but not burnt or hard or crispy, Hard to describe.

I eat at Pinks pretty consistently, but I’ve never ever had even a slice of pizza. Every time I go to Pinks, I order a salad(s). I greatly appreciate the friendliness of the all the staff at pinks, especially Ethan! This guy goes above and beyond for service. I enjoy being a customer at this particular location because of him.

So Pink's Pizza lived up to their reputation. Since grading pizza is so subjective I have applied a little structure to "Pizza Thursday" that helps you make up your own mind about this establishment. The grading is 1-5... with 5 being the best or most. Crust Thickness - 2 moderately thin Crust Flavor - 4 tasty with nice amout of butterery flavor Cheese amount and elasticity - 5 Topping quantity - 2.5 lacks quantity and dispersion Sauce Quantity - 2 but enough for what I like Sauce Flavor - 5 very nice Atmosphere Cleanliness - 3 simple pizza joint, nothing special or polished Atmosphere noise level - 4 very quiet and easy to have a conversation Day After - 4 it kept well and was still pretty good. Comments: overall I grade Pink's at a solid 4 out of 5. The West Gray location is not really a sit down restaurant although there are tables. I'm sure they do a good business with delivery or take-out. The Pizza was very good, and worthy of their reputation. I WILL go back and try some of the other specialty pizza's. Hope they put more toppings on them when I return.

Decent at pizza. Real bad at salad. There’s more croutons than lettuce!

I don't frequent here often enough. I used to before I moved away and when I came back, it was out of my routine. On Sunday at 9:40pm, I was on my way home and wanted to pick up a slice before arriving home. Closest to midtown which I knew would have a slice available. I get there, knowing it's almost closing (10pm) and could see they were cleaning and getting ready to close. I hate being the person to show up before closing and ask for food and would have been fine if I were to be turned down . The staff was amazing. They informed me that only thing they could do would be slices but delivered in such a friendly and accommodating manner, I was blown away. The person near the oven even asked me what I wanted before I got to the register as there was someone ordering in front of me to expedite the process. Even asked if I would like them to take a chair off the table and set it down to sit. Some of the best service ive had in a long time and was not expecting it. Of course the pizza was delicious as it always is. Thanks for being a great surprise to end my night Pink's!

So good, I ate two slices before I even made it home. I ordered pick-up, fast service and friendly staff. I ordered the cheese and veggie supreme pizzas both were the ‘16. The cheese was my favorite. The cheese pizza had the crispness that I was looking for , just bummed that the veggie wasn’t as crispy. The veggies on the veggie pizza made the pizza somewhat soggy, but still enjoyable so I’m not complaining there. My only wish that I was I could have told them to place both pizzas in the oven twice so I can get that New York style pizza. All-in-all, I had a cute meal and it was very enjoyable. Will be back soon.
