The hours of operation posted say 6:30am-10:00pm. So I ordered a smoothie online only to arrive to see that the shop wasn’t even opened/

I used the Smoothie app and bought 2 smoothies. I waited about 25 minutes in the drive thru. I told them my name and only had 1 smoothie ready . They asked me what I ordered and asked me to pull forward out of the drive thru. So I waited another 5 minutes for the 2nd smoothie. What is the purpose of ordering ahead ? These 2 employees are clueless. Waste of time. Waste of money.

We ordered ahead for pickup and showed up at the quoted time. No one was in the drive-thru or lobby but our smoothies weren't ready. The floor and space behind the counter were not clean. I'll stick to the other stores.

Awful service. The night shift Monday 08/23/21 had so much attitude for no reason They got orders wrong They didn’t make orders They served people out of order and they were aggressive towards black customers Awful, horrible service

This experience was horrid!!!! They made me wait 20 minutes in line and then repeated the wrong order at the window, then they made me pull up to wait on my order when I was already waiting for 20 minutes!!!! Then have the nerve to have bad customer service!!! -0.00/10 don’t think I’ll be visiting again

SLOW , RUDE, AND TASTED BAD 👎 Tri-fectia! By far the worst smoothie king experience ever. I've been a loyal customer since I was a kid and there were only a few locations. I have always loved the speed and the high levels of customer service. I love the friendly atmosphere I usually get from every other location but this one. Will travel to another location before I'm subjected to this subpar service.

SLOW I have been coming to smoothie King for over 20 years. I know what the smoothies are supposed to taste like. I know I have had to been to every location in Houston. This location is in my top 2. Great job and always on schedule! Thank you

Ordered and paid via the app only to arrive and the store not be open. I’ve tried contacting the store for several days now and no one will answer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went for my very first ever time to Smoothie King this past Friday and honestly I couldn’t be more disturbed and disgusted since I am currently still dealing with food poisoning from it. Thanks Smoothie King

Sarah was my cashier today 2:32pm. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Our visit was short but I have to leave a review telling management/ownership that this female is a rockstar. I heard her taking orders and she was making smoothies at the speed of light. She is a hard and fast worker. !!! Hustling!!!! I hope you get some rest Sarah. And you’re doing a great job.

Who ever those two young men where at night I see them all the time when I come for my late night angle food the service was amazing and fast

i love this drive thru smoothie king! i used to get smoothie king in college since it was on campus and was a good meal replacement after a workout. however it never really appealed to me as a drink id l go for when i think about what to drink. lately the weather has been crazy hot and so i decided to go get a smoothie and i think since then ive been going here often. i dont mind going in the store but i'd rather drive thru. they have a few parallel parking spots. staffs are nice. their default cup is the foam cup but for some reason i hate that material so i request the transparent plastic cup. looks way better. overall i see myself going to this location and the quality of the smoothie is consistent. below is the 32oz berry punch. it tastes way better when it's melted a little.

Took forever and it was the worst smoothie I've ever had from Smoothie King. Took them 10+ minutes to serve me and one other person, and the smoothie was super bland like they forgot some of the ingredients, and it looked all watery on top. Also kept finding unblended pieces in the smoothie. I ended up throwing it away after a few sips because it was that bad.

First time going to smoothie king, i think i will return more often..great tasting smoothie 🥤

Please teach these folks how to say, “I’ll be right with you” when there is a long pause at the drive-up window! NOT, “Ok…we’re working!!!” UGH!!! Time to go back to the Smoothie King near my home!!

Stopped by after hot yoga today and this ice cold protein smoothie was such perfection! Highly recommend the strawberry pineapple it was incredibly delish!

Our go to smoothie king in the neighborhood, they’re always slow but at least they’re consistent. Never had a bad experience here and it’s never super busy, most of the staff is friendly.

I knew this would be complicated. To ensure clean ingredients and no refined sugar, I’m simply said I wanted several items in my smoothie and would mention when she was ready. Could not do. Said I had to pick one on board I didn’t have time to look and get closest and substitute. I wanted plain yogurt peanut butter. Banana strawberry. Just let me tell you what I want and simply pick the most reasonable one for me that enables substitute. I don’t work there

This location is ungodly slow and SOME staff can set a bad tone for the rest. 3 cars in the Togo line and it takes them 20 minutes to get my smoothies. Well how about just going inside? Nope. They wait to take your order for a bit and you just stand at the counter. It’s a shame because most of the staff is nice, but others just set a bad tone.
