    This Starbucks location is okay. I had a weird and unwelcoming experience from the barista that was working the front. None of the other employees welcomed us as we entered the front. I would not come back to this location. I would travel to a different location for a better experience. To improve customer satisfaction, they should work on customer service skills rather than speed and processing of coffee.

    The staff is always nice. They know their regular customers by name. Chai tea latte is great. Great location, always busy but staff works hard to keep the rush moving smoothly.

    Place definitely needs someone with leadership skills to run the place. You could clearly see there was no sense of direction. Customer service at the register definitely suffered and more emphasis was put into cutting corners with drinks/food.

    The service at this location is unmatched! Lindsay is a fantastic barista and is one of the reasons I pick this location over others. Even when the store is busy, she is kind and attentive (and even remembers my name and order which is seriously impressive). I will definitely be back to this location!

    Slow service inside, the baristas seem to work quick but they take long to get the full order out, go through the drive thru if you're coming here

    At first I enjoyed coming here, but after enough times I realize that every business deserves it's rating. From the homeless guy stealing people's mobile orders, to having to argue about what I bought and didn't buy with snooty little brats, to Saturday night it happening again.

    I went to this Starbucks and the employees do not know how to do math. I explained to the store manager that the math wasn’t right from what the cashier told me when he said the cup was half off but it didn’t show in the receipt. Josh just said “well that doesn’t seem right”. I asked him for a refund and he gave me store credit and I lost 400 points. Josh was rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning here.

    Worst starbs I've been to. Received my order wrong after I read it to them off a text message and they re-read it to me STILL WRONG. Gave me our hot coffees 1/4 missing. Paid for a venti and got 16oz😒

    The service was cool! The lady who made my mocha frappe did an awesome job the best I ever had but I won’t return due to uncleanliness of the store! The tables were not cleaned off nor the counter where they are sitting our drinks on! Need to clean in between customers!

    They did the normal repetitive cartoony Starbucks stick where they greet greet greet act like they know you, enthusiastic as hell though it is very fake. Don't fix it if it's not broken. Keep doing what you guys are doing here. Customer service is extraordinary!

    I wish I remembered the baristas name who helped me. Her pink braid and Naruto beenie made me happy to see. She was super observant and made sure I had everything I needed. I go to a lot of Starbucks and never leave reviews. This one deserved it. Especially since the pink drink here is the best out of most Starbucks. Highly recommend

    Before today, I frequented this location, often multiple times a day. Today, I placed an order through the app, and the app said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I arrived 8 minutes later and went inside as the drive-thru line was lengthy. I stood at the ready counter unacknowledged for over 15 minutes, when I asked a barista how much longer for my order. The barista looked puzzled, and then said my order probably wasn't printed and therefore was not fulfilled. I understand that there can be system errors that can place your staff in difficult positions, but to be blatantly ignored and my wait time be extended by over 200% as a result of the negligence, I will be taking my coffee addiction elsewhere.

    I’ve gone here to grab a quick bite or drink a couple of times and rarely had a problem. The drink is always well-made, food is always hot and fresh and baristas are always friendly. One time the barista forgot to scan my app so I got charged for a drink but when I came back to address the issue the employees refunded me without a problem. Never had a bad experience.

    I have been to several locations including this one previously. Unfortunately, I have to say that I was more than disappointed this time. It took FOREVER to get through the drive through and there was only one vehicle in front of me. I sat at the drive through speaker waiting to place my order longer than I’ve ever waited at any Starbucks ever. I kept wondering what in the world was going on? When I finally got to the window( after contemplating finding another Starbucks) I discovered what the problem was. The lady at the window was obviously clueless as to what or how to do anything! She was anything but in a hurry to do what needed to be done. When I handed her my gift card she said, “Oh, I’ve never seen one of these before”. Seriously?? I know that everyone has to learn and understand this. HOWEVER… before putting someone in such a critical position you need to make sure that this person has been properly trained in is efficient. Until they reach that point they need to have someone along side to keep the flow going smoothly. Starbucks, I’m sorry but you dropped the ball here.

    The manager was very kind, polite & helpful & went well above & beyond any service i ever experienced at Starbucks...she promptly filled when i asked about water for my dogs, which are registered service dogs... I'm disabled, on several medications & unexpectedly, my vehicle was broke down,after throwing the fan belt.... & the temperature was well into triple digits...& while i waited outside,across the street for help with my jeep, she obviously had noticed my dilemma & filled my dogs drinking cooler several times with fresh, cool drinking water. Thank you so much for ur service & ur kindness...
