My family and I ate lunch at Chick-fil-A today. The food was hot and fresh. The peach milkshake was delicious! The restaurant and its restrooms were clean. Service was efficient. Air conditioning was keeping the place nice and cool, during a heat wave. Recommended!

I placed an order thru ubereats and they forgot my two spicy chick fil a sandwiches. I went to the store and they said it was not their problem and told me I had to pay for it again. I had to pay delivery fees and higher food prices and they still refused to correct their mistake.

Fast service and very clean location. I order a chocolate milkshake and was not the best, ice cream cup is great, though

Chick fil a is one of my favorite fast food places for many reasons. I love this location cause of how fast the employees work no matter what time of the day the wait for food is less than 10 minutes. Also every employee is super professional and polite. They never mess up my order and food is always fresh and hot. It’s always super hard to choose if to dine in or take out since both are the best.

Don’t get the pimento cheese sandwich here, they’re using the wrong scoop. Also forgot my wife’s salad and my youngest child wouldn’t even touch her nuggets. Honestly, this is pretty par for the course at this location. Just go to the location like a mile down I-45, it’s usually a way better experience.

I must leave this for those who haven't visited this location. The crew was great!! Food was not over nor under cooked, it was perfect! And the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Not all Chick-fil-A locations are that quiet. I definitely recommend this location and will be back.

Of course, as usual Chick-fil-A is very good. This is exceptional. Excellent service, clean as possible. The prices are still killing me though.

Really liked this location, it's always so clean, even the playground. You can tell the staff cares and are very friendly even when kids have accidents and spill drinks, etc. Always a good experience going to this location and foods comes to the table warm and ready to enjoy.

I don’t know what the store has against people with disabilities and I have been going to this location since 2017 and now they have this Asian lady working there and because I asked to have a plastic bag to put the food in yesterday she was saying that they don’t give out plastic bags And I had to say that I had a disability before she even gave it to me. This is the only location that I know that do not do this and it helps with caring both the food and the drink. And when I first got there, she was so busy on her register, putting in something for herself before even assisting me I was standing there for almost 3 minutes before she even acknowledge that I was there.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in Houston. I only come here every so often out of convenience but it’s not a good experience each time. The service and hospitality or lack thereof is horrible. I’m either missing utensils napkins or condiments. If you don’t check you’ll be without smh. The workers aren’t very friendly when you inform them.
