Stopped by Whataburger on the way to jury duty at Reliant (7:30 AM on a Monday). Parking lot was busy but plenty of open spots. I was 2nd in line for my order which was taken quickly. Two employees came up and said hello and asked how my day was going. Once I sat down, my honey butter chicken biscuit was out in about 3 minutes. It was hot & tasty! Two more employees stopped by to check on me while I was eating. Restaurant was clean (my table was spotless). Manager does a great job here and all the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Thanks!

I can say this is one of the best fast food burgers, the fries were good and it’s a must to try the Spicy Ketchup. The burger was really good (just the lettuce was a little old but come on it’s lettuce). The service and staff was great and friendly. The meat did had flavor. Thank you!

Every time I go in the mornings they always get something wrong Unsweetened tea they give me sweet I ask for french fries they give me old ones I asked for a sausage biscuit with cheese they give me a biscuit with cheese only It’s only morning shift they need to get it together! Lunch time is always smooth

Rude manager. I'm seeking a second job and I had a scheduled interview. When I showed up, the manager on duty wasn't aware of my scheduled interview and seemed completely disinterested throughout the interview. As I was leaving, a homeless man in a wheelchair was trying to come in to get water, so I held the door open. The manager began calling out to me for me to keep him out as if I was security for the restaurant. He then accused him of stealing but after talking to the man it seems he was accusing the wrong person. The manager clearly had a bit of attitude going by how he talks to his own employees and other people. I wasn't fond of the guy but I called back two weeks later to follow up on my interview anyways. The person on the phone sounded like it may have been the same manager and he hung up on my in the middle of a question. I definitely will not be working here. The employees I saw were very quiet and didn't seem very happy, so I probably dodged a bullet.

Did online order to pick up in drive threw. This was 3 meals and they got one correct. I give a one star I guess for the one they got right because this store, just about every times gets the order wrong. Just do better... gezzz.

Yes all 5s! There is a wait to get your food, so don't expect it to be ready in 5min because they do get busy here but it comes out HOT and fresh:) And the employees are inside moving, cooking and packing the orders iiii witnessed it as I waited for my order. Keep up the GREAT job everyone!

Worst Whataburger location! First off there was a roach in the kitchen. The cooks were making food on counter no gloves very unsanitary. Manager was very rude he tried to give me cold onion rings and fries then had the audacity to get an attitude when i called him out on it. The burger was just thrown together very sloppy very unsatisfied with my whole experience. I didn't even eat the burger because i didn't trust eating from it. The crazy part is my whole reasoning for the visit was because of them making an mistake on my order previously and i was getting what was suppose to be a remake.

This location is always quick and easy to get through the lines, dine in or drive thru! It's always clean, staff always professional and well kept! Friendly atmosphere, great service! Francine is always helping her staff.
