    Your restaurant is such a cluster to get in and out of, and such a PAIN, that one would think that after dealing with all that, you could at least have the decency to put the right stuff in the bag!! ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!😡

    First of all, I'd like to thank Miguel for his service at the drive-thru! He was patient with me and extremely friendly and helpful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Second, I'd like to talk about the food that I ordered/ received. I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo meal. You already know that sandwich was delicious! I will however say that half of my waffle fries where giant chunks of undercoat potato that were not even cut into waffle shape?

    I have been going to Chicfila for years to get my coffee. I've always had the greatest experience. I moved approximately a year ago and this is the most convenient location for me. This is also the worse experience ever and the workers do not represent the Chicfila brand. I get the same exact thing every day (a coffee with 3 creamers, 9 sugars). They may get it right once a week. I have spoken with a manager about this and was disregarded. Also, the majority of the workers don't speak fluent English. I can return to any other Chicfila where I was a regular and not only will they recall my name, but the automatically know my order (again I order THE SAME THING DAILY). Also, the workers put their bare hands over the coffee cup top where you drink. This is so unsanitary, as I have seen them collect money, have their cell phones, and even drinking a beverage at the window. The owner definitely needs to do some pop-up visits for the morning staff.

    Every time I have a poor experience with this restaurant, I complain directly on the Chick Fil A app and avoid leaving a review on Google. The only reason why I frequently visit this location is because of how close it is, however I’ve gotten sick TWICE from this location at one point I even had to go to the ER from eating their raw chicken. I’m not the type of person that wastes my money anywhere so every time I have an issue I complain in hopes to improve the restaurant. Tonight I received a call about my recent complaint about the runny eggs and skinless fried chicken I received and the woman tells me “well I’ve seen you’ve complained 6 times before” despite visiting over 100 times! But they don’t have to worry about me returning ever again because I can’t believe that anyone would justify their staff doing a poor job on people that aren’t afraid to speak up about it. Literally insane.

    I always go to this location either for take out or dine in at least once or twice a week but today was just enough for me the las 2 times that I’ve decide to go dine in with my kids they just seem to ignore you when you walk in and they tell you to have a seat and they will take your order at your table but to wait 25 minutes for them to finally come and thats because the lady cleaning tables noticed and asked me if I had been served. Today I walked in again with my kids they clearly saw when we walked in and sat down but never came, they came to other tables even to the table next to mine but never to us if they were busy I would of had understood but no they were just standing there even customer next to us noticed and asked if we had been served and I said no I thought they would after they took your order.. I just got so upset and stood up with my kids and left but did told them thanks for nothing. I understand y’all want to provide a good experience and improve y’alls service for customers by providing service at tables. But what’s the point if y’all are just going to ignore the customers for the next 15- 20 minutes.

    This little city jewell is working hard not just to give you good food, but to offer a restaurant experience. So I invite you to, go inside and find their tall tables and let them treat you like a king/queen!

    Honestly was super super disappointed about my meal. First the fries, it was so so bland and tasted nothing like how it used to:( Second, the cobb salad, which tasted EVEN WORST! Now I know people barely order salads here, but that doesn’t mean you can just not check at the freshness of them and make sure it’s all good. When I opened the container it had a very strong unpleasant smell to it, which I thought it was weird, and didn’t have a good feeling about it in the beginning. But I kinda just ignored it and mixed the dressing and topping in thinking it probably wouldn’t be that bad. But oh gosh NOPE was I wrong! Almost every bite of it tasted rotten & old, so I couldn’t even finish the salad because I wasn’t 100% assured that it was ok for me to eat without developing some symptoms after. It was definitely not fresh, and probably have been sitting there for weeks….. The only good thing was the fried chicken on top, that’s it. That’s why I’m rating a two stars instead of just one. So yeah, overall just really disappointed:((

    The dine in experience isn't great. There seems to always be screaming kids outside the play area. But the food always tastes great and everyone is always so nice.

    So clean, we sat in our seats and they came to us to take our order and every table was cleaned off and ready for another guest. Super friendly and nice and everything was very quick. The best chick fil a I've ever been to.

    Always great service, but this time I made a specific order and I think my order taker was so focused on the text she sent before I walked up that she couldn’t hear my order… and the tables were dirty but there was a lady in the dining area cleaning and it was during dinner so maybe she was just taking her time.

    What can I tell you about chick fil a? It is starting to get a little boring. Their Food is very bland. There is really no juiciness to the chicken there is no crunch to it's fried chicken because it becomes extremely moist due to their packaging. So they just got to renovate their food. And if they're gonna start cooking very unhealthy they at least need to start frying things with Olive oil or with avocado oil or with coconut oil. Chick fill A is becoming extremely toxic especially to our newer generations. And please if you're gonna be selling salads make sure that you guys wash them very well and at least dry them.
