The hamburgers are average, they could use some seasoning the fries might have been better if they were hot the chicken basket were decent fries still werent hot the The blizzards were good but it was few hrs. Before closing and i did not think i would have spend this much not great but good maybe might bebetter if i was few hrs.hrs.earlier who knows but i did enjoy the ice cream which why i went in first place

They need a good manager nothing but kids working there and playing around no sense of urgency and service was horrible! took 20min for food and guys were playing in th back and trash everywhere on patio

I'm not sure if they've changed the way they make their ice cream at this location but the soft serve we got tonight was awful. It had this weird icy texture to it and very little flavor. It's usually very good so I'm hoping this was just a mistake someone made. Also, the cones were stale and tough to chew. We ended up throwing most of it away.

Cashier was nice but the food was not right at all. My hold order was wrong besides my onion rings. Soda was flat and bigger was all the way wrong. Tried to contact them with the number on the receipt but it was disconnected looked them up on line and it was the same number. It's sad that you pay a lot for food and it's not right at all. Never will go there again and I tell everyone that just as well.

Very stingy place. Do not go alone unless you have several people with you who can help hold everything. They won't give you any drink holders and charge extra for empty cups that can help you keep ice cream cones from spilling. They don't bother to put your food in a bag either, they just handed us our country baskets in the drive through without a bag to hold it all. The food was cold and all batter rather than actual meat or chicken.

I have ordered from Uber eats... I ordered chicken salad....I'm not sure how it works but if your out of chicken perhaps let the Uber eats delivery driver know...see if there is an alternative....I can't eat beef all the time....I asked for ranch in my order and didn't receive it.... Please 🙏 pay more attention to customer orders...it's not the drivers fault....but as I received my meal I was upset....don't assume everyone wants beef as a replacement. Thank you for your hard work but be mindful too

Came here for the famous shake. Was very pleased with the result. Drank a large shake and had a food coma. Awesome way to spend a Sunday. Highly recommended.

3 of the 4 staff members don’t speak English. The lady at the front got my simple order wrong 2 times, until eventually she went to call someone from the back who spoke English to get my order correct. If you can’t speak English then do not work for the public.
