The pictures shows that it’s in a shopping center like most subways. Well… it’s not. It’s INSIDE the hospital! Why would they list a subway for online orders that’s in a hospital?! Had to find parking in the 5 story parking garage and then still had to find the subway inside. That’s absurd! Please update the photos to show this is NOT in a shopping center.

First and foremost WHERE is the meat????? ….. this was not a VEGGIE sandwich as I am not a vegetarian.,,,, it was a TUrKEY sandwich….someone explain this sandwich because I don’t have an explanation for this

WHO manages this place? they dropped the ball on hiring dependable people that can work night shift at this very moment 10/30 0230 the gate is half way open and the last person to leave didn’t bother to lock up get it together people!

Placed an order thru the subway website because it said they were 24 hours as well as on google maps, i get an email saying i can pick up my order but no one is there nor answers the phone. Called that night, all the next day and never had anyone pick up. I emailed subway and they said they would contact location for a refund and still nothing TWO WEEKS LATER!

The lady with red hair had me and three other people waiting while she stocked water and then went to the back for 10 minutes (I timed her) all other people left . So I waited to ask her name and she told me she wasn't telling me. It was important that I eat bc I am pregnant and fasted for a blood draw . The nurse specifically told me to go to subway and grab something bc I was feeling light headed. By the time this Hispanic lady with red hair came from the back my uber was here and all other customers left . If she doesn't want to work in a hospital where customer service comes before stocking water then she should just find another job. I'll be calling corporate as well bc her water stocking was way more important than me and my unborn child.

Not the best at all, note to all that the restaurant is inside a hospital and you need a badge to access the floor, otherwise cross your fingers that you can convince security to take you up there.

Hours are inaccurate. Do not use the app to buy at night, they will keep your money despite not being open. The manager and corporate are both useless.
