I
have
a
love
hate
relationship
with
this
location.
The
drinks
are
always
really
good
and
I
always
know
every
time
I
get
something,
it
will
be
good.
I
like
to
come
back
cause
I
like
them,
but
it’s
more
an
issue
with
the
staff.
I
notice
more
times
more
than
others,
they’ve
seem
to
lag
in
their
day
to
day
tasks.
I’ve
noticed
this
especially
with
their
app
service
that
gives
you
the
option
to
order
ahead.
I
try
to
do
this
cause
it
is
a
bit
convenient
on
my
way
to
work,
but
then
I’ve
begun
to
realize
that
they
don’t
make
your
drink
till
you
get
there
which
really
defeats
the
point
of
ordering
it
ahead,
especially
if
you
are
trying
to
utilize
the
service
because
you
don’t
have
enough
time
to
be
in
the
shop
but
it
does
make
it
more
convenient.
I’ve
also
noticed
they
don’t
seem
to
do
all
the
prep
needed
before
an
opening
shift
and
results
to
delays
in
orders
as
a
whole
at
times.
One
of
the
main
instances
I
noticed
is
the
tapioca
itself.
You
would
assume
that
is
already
ready
and
prepped
by
the
time
that
the
shop
opens,
or
at
least
within
the
first
half
hour
max.
Nearly
every
time
I’ve
come
into
the
shop
within
the
first
hour
and
a
half
and
I
order
tapioca
(which
isn’t
often
but
it’s
often
enough
to
notice),
they
don’t
have
it
prepped
and
it
really
doesn’t
make
sense
when
that
is
one
of
the
main
toppings
for
choice
for
most
people.
I
don’t
know
if
it’s
an
understaffing
issue
or
not
enough
pay
at
this
location,
but
the
location
generally
doesn’t
receive
heavy
foot
traffic
to
cause
that
issue
cause
every
single
time
I’ve
gone
in,
there
are
no
more
than
3
clients
max
and
most
of
said
clients
are
just
utilizing
the
space.
It’s
happened
enough
times
to
notice.
I
just
think
the
staff
needs
to
be
a
little
bit
better
with
time
allocating,
but
like
I
said,
I
truly
do
enjoy
this
place
and
always
have
a
great
experience
otherwise.
