I walked in ten minutes past when my order was supposed to have been complete, and yet my order was not complete. Dozens of people were standing around awaiting their orders. I walked out without the coffee I had already paid for via the app because I had customers depending on me to be a professional and being on time. You know, because my standard for customer service is significantly higher than that of this Starbucks.

Came today was told the espresso machine was not working . Not able to use my rewards we had ordered 4 drinks .was not given a cup holder and it was just me with the 4 cups plus bags from target . And lastly employee seemed frustrated and annoyed. Not buying from This Starbucks ever again

Sat., Morning, I entered the Target Starbucks and asked the Barista for a complimentary coffee on Veterans Day. Zero customer service skills. Rolling your eyes and being combative is not what I expected.

the lady who helped us today 1/5/23 at around 5pm was Soo sweet I’m so sad I didn’t get her name!! 5/5 definitely recommend my drink was amazingg

No Wi-Fi. Please put a large “No Wi-Fi” sign up for people who arrive to work on their computers. Ordered a drink, and then drove to a different Starbucks to work. Great customer service, just unhappy with lack of communication.
