This was the worst experience ever. I have never Had an experience in a hotel like this one. There is clear trafficking going on at this place. It’s not clean and huge water bugs , also the elevator doesn’t work and the staff except for the 2 ladies are extremely incompetent. My room was not clean when I arrived and the reservation was a mess and it just took a horrible response time with refund. I have spoken with corporate and still no response on how I can get a better response. My first and last time at this place or any La Quinta . I wish I could no stars

Very nice hotel, central location to all activities. The rooms were very nice, and well cleaned. The lobby was very nice as well. They had a full breakfast buffet and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again, only downside is the elevator needs to be repaired. My daughter and I got stuck inside a couple times during our stay.

Our stay was pleasant but parking lot is unsafe for vehicles. Sadly our trucks catalytic converter was stolen at night and other guests truck as well... Got up in morning thinking to roam in Houston as we came from Dallas to spend weekend but we have to went back to Dallas with monster truck noise all the way to Dallas because it was sunday all the repair shop was closed.

We found bugs on the mattress and asked to switch rooms. When we showed the picture to the front desk person he said ‘those are not bugs, those are roaches’. The second room was fine until we opened one of the drawers and a roaches came crawling out!

I think this is ran so poor by the owner that it attracts poor judgment. There is always some guy standing outside doing nothing... the ladyboys of the night used this place to shack up. The elevator was acting up most of the time. Security is non existent. there.are fire hazards and we did not feel safe. The owners are not from here they don't understand the culture of Southern hospitality. Take your family some place else. It's not worth the risk to expose you loved ones to this atmosphere. AND THE WORKERS ARE UNDER PAID SO THEY DO TAKE PRIDE IN APPEARANCE OR WORK.

Rooms were clean. Walls are thin though. Could hear all the noise from the hallways. Front desk was polite and courteous. Photos of accessible bathroom. Mirror was too high and shower control was a bit high for an accessible room.

Overall TERRIBLE experience! Don't even worry about why, just choose another place to stay! Elevator was out most of time...when it worked, felt unsafe anyways. Halls smell terrible, room smelled very musky. People at front desk have NO concept of customer service and are just plain rude. Keycards had to be reset at front desk once a day for some reason.

Our stay at the hotel was overall average. The rooms were neat, and breakfast was provided, although it was just okay. However, we noticed that the common dining area lacked cleanliness, and it seemed that some guests were not responsible in maintaining the space. It would be helpful if the management could remind guests to be considerate, especially after 11 pm, regarding noise levels to ensure a more peaceful environment for everyone.

The establishment was very clean. Although there were lots of people doing there own thing it was quiet. Very cute rooms and comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay and plan to come back in the future.

The hallways smells like weed. They gave me and my family a room with a leak on the of the toilet , ..didn’t realize it until I was using the restroom in the middle of the night and the whole bathroom floor was wet and the drip was literally on top of my head…they knew about it because they were old water marks on the ceiling it was not the first time! I sent an email to the general manager but he ignored me!
