My husband has been in the hospital for 60 days and has not been able to have but one visitor the whole time he is there. He has not seen his daughters in 2 months. I understand that are worried about covid-19, but they take your temperature at the door and make you wear a mask, so why can't they let more than one person visit. I can't understand why they can't let one family member per visit to come and see their love one. I went and seen him and they won't let anyone else see him. I think it would make the patient feel better if they could see their family one at a time. Once you put your name down, they won't let anyone else go in to see the patient. That's not fair to the patient or the family. Please change your policy, for the sake of the patient and the family.

Bunch of thieves! An estimate of an amount I owe should never exceed 10 or 20 percent! I was lied to when I asked several times if the amount I owed would be it and the answer was yes! All these conversations were recorded! I would have avoided going there knowing the amount I would have to pay would be DOUBLE the estimation, REALLY!!! So disappointing, please do your research before going to this place, this is not right!!!

I had a CT scan this morning and was fortunate enough to have a gentleman named Earnest taking care of me during the scan. I was very nervous and he went above and beyond to stay with my and talk to me when possible to make me feel more comfortable. I truly feel medicine can sometimes be filled with unhappy people but Earnest was one of the best in care I've ever received. Highly recommend going here for any of your imaging needs.

Unethical, unorganized, negligent, want your money but no care. Service is also terrible. Can’t accomplish anything positive here for the most simplest things imagine. HMO IS A JOKE.

My husband just had a major surgery with the Amazing Dr Seth Lerner (advanced bladder cancer) and we stayed in the 16 floor for 2 weeks and I wanted to thank all the staff on that floor for the amazing care and kindness that made us feel like we were family. The chief nurse Pinki, Dominic, Donna, Neimi and all the other nurses whom I don't remember their names I want to say THANK YOU so much and you are all HEROS.

very unorganized, the doctors are not all on the same page. They do not communicate with each other or u as a patient in ur care plan here. They kept me NPO (nothing by mouth) over 12 hours and not one procedure was done or performed. I’m diabetic and my sugar (glucose) kept dropping into critical low ranges that they had to give me dextrose so i didn’t go into a diabetic comatose. The nurses i had except one were all very helpful and attentive. They were more knowledgeable and helpful than my floor doctor Hasan. He constantly argued and told me i didn’t know my own body. That i was just constipated and that is where that excruciating pain was coming from, not the urine that looked like thick mucus/pus and blood tinged. But in-fact i did have a infection, when my nurse sent in my urine sample to be diagnosed. The ER where i was admitted was very packed. They got everything done as quickly as they could. I had to have a line put in my neck to get dialysis done. There was 2 people tgat came to perform the sterile procedure. The oriental man that did most of the insertion of my catheter in my neck gave me a lidocaine shot to numb the site. The man didn’t listen to me that it wasn’t completely numb and it was hurting me so bad and wasn’t just “pressure” i was feeling, he continued to jab the catheter over and over, in my neck, where it felt as if he hit a nerve and was unbearable. I asked for it to be taken out and they refused to listen to me. I reported him (them) immediately to my ER attending Doctor. Especially since there was 2 doing the procedure and neither of them were willing to help me. The food here is horrible, i maybe ate 2 of the trays of my full stay here. All this was also told to he patient advocate lady for the floor that came in to speak to me about my care here.
