I’ve
been
visiting
this
place
for
the
past
couple
of
months
at
least
once
a
week.
Let
me
say
the
food
is
delicious
and
always
fresh.
They
rencently
added
family
tables.
The
only
complain
I
have
is
that
today,
I
visited
this
place
and
when
I
got
there,
“the
cashier”
brought
the
menus
to
the
table
only
after
asking
for
them.
She
did
bring
the
food
in
plastic
silverware
to
the
table,
however,
she
did
not
provide
any
straws
or
napkins.
I
repeatedly
had
to
stand
up
to
ask
for
refills
and
napkins.
After,
having
enough
of
bad
service,
I
stood
up
and
asked
to
talk
to
a
manager/
supervisor.
The
cooker
named
“Lupita”
came
over
and
I
explained
the
situation,
and
she
clearly
did
not
care,
she
said
that
“Fabi”
was
only
a
cashier
and
not
a
waitress.
.
I
totally
understand
she
is
a
cashier,
but
where’s
the
waitress
then??
Regardless,
there
suppose
to
be
service,
at
least
to
the
family
tables.
There
was
3
people
there,
a
male
sitting
down,
named
“Mario”,
the
cooker
“Lupita”
and
the
“cashier
named
Fabi”.
Like
I
mentioned,
the
food
is
delicious,
and
I
love
visiting
this
place
because
it’s
24
hours
and
the
food
is
always
fresh..
Everyone
has
provided
great
service,
until
the
past
two
visits.
It’s
the
second
time
I
go
that
“Fabi”
“the
cashier”
gets
our
order
and
does
not
provide
good
service
at
all.I’ve
gone
when
this
place
is
packed
and
regardless
how
packed
it
gets,
we
always
get
good
service.
Just
to
clarify
,
I’m
just
complaining
about
the
fact
that
the
past
two
visits,
“
Fabi”
has
not
provided
service
to
the
table,
like
the
other
“cashiers”
do.
&
also
that
when
I
complained
on
site,
clearly
no
one
cared.
The
cooker
and
the
guy
there
did
not
care
at
all
about
the
situation.
At
least
they
should’ve
pretend
to
care.
