    Hoping this was an off day for the location or off order. I ordered a 30 nugget for my mother along with large fries and beverage, @$22. As I pulled away, I glanced at the fries and was instantly disappointed. The "large waffle fries" was only filled halfway, cool and slightly soggy with 2 sauces on top. Had I not been feeling unwell from giving blood I would have went back and gone in or a refund. Didnt call to complain. Will just take my money to another location. Yep, didnt know sauces account for fry space. Skimpflation has reached this location.

    I hate to give such a low rating, but my most recent experience warranted it. I ordered a small set of grilled nuggets and I was charged for a large. The person taking care of me didn’t attempt to make it right. Worse of all, I bit into one my nuggets and was stabbed by a bone. It’s the first time this has ever happened, but I don’t feel comfortable ordering them again.

    My family and I love chick fil a and we always brag on chick fil a having the best employees who has exceptional customer service skills. Today we ordered our kids 5 chicken nugget kids meals however the drinks were wrong a the lady who was working the window stated that she needed to charge us because lemonade costs more when that wasn’t our faults the wrong drinks got put in so because we stated that it comes with the kids meal she smacked her lips and walked off leaving another pleasant worker to come over and fix the problem right away. Employees really need to understand how to treat their customers because without paying customers they wouldn’t have a job and the business would fail if they keep mistreating customers.

    I give this place zero stars period. Went here on the 9-1-2023 order food that all my food was cold that I order. They haven’t he fix the issue but offer me to replace one of my meals. When I paid 30.43 do not go here the other chick fil is awesome but here I don’t recommend it to my dog. I wait a while for respond corporate still nothing.

    Last time I came the service wasn't so bad but this time it was as good as Im otherwise use to. When I pulled up the only one of the workers wanted to do her job. Maybe she was heat exhausted because it was a little attitude that the lady had when I asked could she come take my order. I think she was feeling dehydrated or ill. I complained to the manager about the attitude but wasn't thinking maybe she was having a heat episode. I did ask for sauces but they gave me only a few which was odd . They seem to be slacking a little bit. I have had some A1 service here in the past but today wasn't it. Maybe it's the heat or lack of water but someone needs to help them workers that are outside taking orders. The workers inside were much nicer which leads me to believe that it might be the uncomfortable 110° heat they are standing in to take orders. The sandwiches were delicious but the fries were a little greasy like they been sitting a minute. Hopefully this helps the workers outside because it's brutal heat out there.

    Thursday night I stopped to get food at the drive thru and Jonathan was amazingly fast pace, accurate with my order, very friendly service. Friday evening I went inside and spoke with Alan at the front counter and he was exceptionally attentive, made sure all our needs were met, amazing service from him as well. Miss Sam was the manager who oversaw everything and had lovely hospitality she made sure my order was fresh and accurate. I greatly appreciate each and everyone of their time.

    It's a pretty good location. I go here almost every week at some point. Their drive thru is very long (lots of cars fit) and efficient. Today was a fluke in that I ordered a salad with no blue cheese, but it seems like they just took it off, not well. So know that your salads are not fresh and they will be handled after they've been plated in the plastic containers.

    Went thru the drive thru and placed an order before closing and wasn't expecting them to take our order since most places stop taking orders rite before closing time but was happily surprised that they did! the cashier at the window named ezme was very kind and attentive, and conversed with me and my wife while we were waiting for our order which didn't take long. Food was fresh as always but the customer service was above and beyond tonite. 5 stars definitely deserved
