Visiting Lost Lotus Yoga was such a great experience! We attended the Mala Making workshop and we had such a great time. I really enjoyed the intimate setting of the studio. I especially loved the warmth and the inclusiveness of the Lost Lotus family. Natasha is such an amazing teacher always encouraging on your journey.

I have served as a teacher and Community Ambassador for Lost Lotus Yoga in July 2021. The community here is authentic, thoughtful and openminded. Natasha is a wonderful business owner and yoga teacher, and it was a joy to partner with her and teach for her studio. She has put in a lot of love and detail to make each yogi’s experience delightful. Check out the adorable and cozy space located on the second floor. And try out one of Natasha’s classes or workshop offerings. If you want an intimate and mindful yoga experience, you will feel right at home here.

This is more than just yoga — it is truly an experience! Natasha has cultivated such an inviting, beautiful space that is perfect for anyone looking to reconnect to themselves and connect with like-minded people. Her practice will have you realizing you are stronger than you think, and her guided meditations are always on point! I regularly come here to find myself, and highly recommend. (Spots are limited, so book ahead of time!)

I attended Lost Lotus on Sunday and was blown away! I was hesitant bc I just had a baby 3 months ago & hadn’t been very active but our teacher Natasha made me feel completely comfortable, made modifications for certain poses & it was exactly what I needed! The studio is right in middle of the heights & has a boutique bohemian vibe, perfect for yoga & meditation! I would say the classes here are are for all levels bc the instructor offered modifications for different poses if you needed them. There was even time at the end to reflect & meditate (which I totally needed being a new mom). We were even offered delicious tea/coffee at the end of class! I will definitely be back to Lost Lotus bc it was more than just a class, it was an experience and a great way to start my week!

Lost Lotus was easily the best yoga experience I’ve had! As a beginner it’s so easy to feel overwhelmed and intimidated when it comes to yoga but that was NOT the case at Lost Lotus. I instantly felt at home and comfortable in the space at Lost Lotus. The friendly, accepting, and overall good energy that radiates from Natasha the instructor and owner definitely adds to the experience you can expect from this studio, I can’t recommend it more!

I have to say, Lost Lotus Yoga was an amazing experience! I was recently in Houston on business and decided to give them a try, I'm so glad I did! The space itself is so inviting. It feels intimate, is a safe space for all involved, and I really appreciated how hands on Natasha was in assisting with everything for the entire session. I highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I’ve been to a few Sunday classes with Natasha and here are my honest takeaways: -The studio itself feels like a home as soon as you step into it; small space that feels very personal and intimate, a separate room that is kept cool in case you get too warm and a small kitchen space where tea is made :) -Natasha is an amazing instructor, especially for someone who is just starting out with Yoga. She has made me fall in love with stretching and moving my body, even though I wasn’t sure about Yoga at first. -The non-judgmental nature of this place and the people who frequent it is the main reason I keep going back. Everyone is so welcoming of all levels and it’s always such a beautiful experience! Please do yourself a favor and book a session with Natasha, or any other instructor there. You will definitely not regret it!!

Lost lotus yoga is my favorite yoga studio in Houston! I go to the Sunday classes to set my mind and body right for the week and Monday restorative classes to unwind after a long day. Everyone I met has been so kind, and there is always tea and/or journaling after yoga which is so nice. This is such a gem, and I recommend it to all!

Natasha is more than a gifted yoga teacher but an amazing and motivating soul who brings out the best of every student. Her studio is more than a group of yoga attendees but a family who takes time after each class to chat and share about our daily lives over tea. I've truly benefited from her private one-on-one classes to help me in my yoga journey. I highly recommend Lost Lotus Yoga for anyone interested in beginning or improving their yoga skills.
