They have a no refund policy for bed bugs. They will ask what wrong then ask you not to talk loud so no one else will hear about the problem. Daughter slept on the floor n I stayed up all night making sure bed bugs didn't get her. After we was ask to go back to our room and wait till the morning for upper management. It was check out time and management never showed up. They have a black female that work there and her father as well she is the rudest worker they have. She always fighting with someone or outside smoking with visitors. So if you want your money worth go some where else. Oh and don't forget about the lobby and hallways smelling like weed.

My family and I have been here for about 2months now and have found this place to be a hidden gem. Rooms are homey. Rather quiet and comfortable. Concession stand in the front for midnight cola and snacks. Several restaurants located within walking distance. Also they have recently fixed the pool. Very reasonable rates. Very affordable. They welcome pets on the 1st floor and keep the common areas clean. I recommend families check it out.

This place is disgusting so many crackheads literally all over the place. We got kicked out because the "owner" couldn't loose her attitude. Lol we had no water for 2 days !! Housekeeping is so horrible and they have no manners. All staff is ready to fight and kick you out No one came to clean our room even on the day they were supposed to. Dirty towels just everything in this place is disgusting waste of money

This is definitely a roach infested environment .. You had better bring you a can to bomb your room when you first get there .. .. the price is cheapest in town but the cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳🪳 are horrible ..

I booked this hotel at last min for a night after my flight got cancelled, due to close proximity to Airport for next day's flight. Please be aware of following and book it at your own risk. 1. They ask you to handover credit card at check-in and fill a form for address details. So technically they have all things needed to purchase online using your card. This is what exactly they did with me. I blocked card but till then it was added to unknown apple wallet and around $200 transactions were already made. 2. Beg bugs everywhere and I even saw blood strains on bedsheet. 3. Roches everywhere in Toilet 4. Everything is broken right from walls till lamps as you see in pics. 5. Smelly room with Weeds smell everywhere. 6. Scary crowd in and around hotel. This is the photo of their premium room for which they charged me $75.

Me and my boyfriend are a LGBTQ couple, we booked a week. It’s roaches everywhere! And housekeeping is extremely rude and unprofessional. They knocked on the door for dirty bed linens and I provided it to the lady bawled up. And she pointed at the laundry cart for me to put it in there and she called someone and a gentleman came and they opened the linen separately in the hallway in front of my door before they gave me new Lenin. I never experienced such wierd unprofessional behavior from any hotel I visited.

The room with the kitchen in it is great with 2 a/c I great to keep it cool it one of the new rooms the front desk workers are great a getting there job done

Staff is nosey ! Totally violating your amendment! They’re on drugs ! Staff drinking on the job !
