    First time visiting St. Hope and this has been my best dental experience. Starting with Joshua the dental hygienist. He was so welcoming and created a great experience. Joshua and Dr. Le explained everything so throughly and gave me many options for my dental plan. Julissa and Allante in the front helped explain my treatment plan and payment options and helped me understand my next steps. Thank you St. Hope for the great work the foundation and staff are doing for people.

    I really like the attention provided by all the Greenpoint workers, thanks to Dr. Caston, Josephine, Niki, Lecti and the other assistants and nurses who, with their warmth, have made me feel comfortable every time I come. Again thank you very much!!

    Ive been to this facility on 5 occasions in the past 2 months. My first experience was with Allante and it has always been a positive experience which I look forward to. She has been super helpful, kind, understanding, and provided assistance in guiding me in the correct direction. She made me feel special, welcome, and unique and genuinely interested in helping me with the medical problems I presented with. Now I have chosen to switch locations since greenspoint is out of my way but allowed me initially to be seen faster, and I am sad that I will no longer be greeted by Allante which gave my experiences a positive start and outlook always!!

    Three words. Niki and Letci! They’re wonderful and always have a smile and a positive attitude. They both make coming into to the doctors office an ease. They take their time to explain everything and never make me feel like just a patient. I absolutely love them and this location!

    Me and my son visited the Greenspoint location for St. Hope Foundation and our visit proved to be less than favorable. My son was involved in a head-on collision with a big truck a few days ago. He wanted to see his primary care physician at this location after visiting two ER's. I flew into Houston and drove across town 45 minutes to this location to be disappointed. His face was injured in the accident with two black eyes, blood shot eyes and significant bruising to his face and forehead hematoma. He explained to his primary care physician that he works directly with the public at a car service and psychologically he was not ready to go back to work and face customers in this condition and especially since he works with driving cars. She refused to give him any additional time off until he healed a little more and felt comfortable enough to return to work. I felt she was unsympathetic to his traumatic experience and did not appear to really care. He had an appointment with her before the accident and was previously scheduled. She said she wish she would have known he was involved in a car accident before now his visit was taking more time than anticipated. We only met with her for 10 minutes. No referral for mental health support due to his traumatic experience was given. Doctors need to advocate for their patients a little more and act like they really care about the work they are doing. We will be taking our medical insurance and services somewhere else when we need to. I thank her for not really helping his situation and making his PTSD worse.

    I have always been a patient here at saint hope and I have never experienced such a great community, Letci and Niki at reception were so sweet and helpful with checking in and payment, and also rescheduling my next appointment. I have to say Dr Caston is amazing and always helps me, ask me questions and treats me with respect, I love coming here to a community where there is love, I want to say a thank you to everyone at this company for all their hard work.

    What a joke! I call one specific office, spend five minutes listening to a recorded message with a hundred options in English and Spanish instead of language options separately! Then, when I finally get someone 4:39 into the call, I get an office I didn’t call. I’m talking to Sugarland. I ask my questions only to be told, “please hold, I’ll transfer you to the correct location” (even though I called the correct location) and when I finally get someone there…11:09 into the call, I’M AT THE WRONG LOCATION AGAIN and am being transferred yet again to the location I dialed in the first place. Finally, 14:51 into my call, I get someone at Greenspoint and our call is disconnected. I call right back get the same recorded message with all the options, choose appropriately, get Sugarland again, and the vicious circle begins again. I know growth happens but there is a time when you’re too big for your britches and this phone system has been proven to be one of those times. I call MY doctor’s office to speak to my DOCTORS OFFICE- not a clinic I’ve never been to. They do not know me. I may not be a valued customer and this phone system has shown I’m not. It routs you where you do not want to go, to people that can’t answer your questions to be transferred to dead lines. I’m done! The absolute worse and I’ve never been this rude- moreover, have never left a negative comment. I’m a go with the flow person but not this time. This is unacceptable, this MUST be fixed!

    I’m Im a first time patient here & I will continue my visit . Let’s start with my PCP, Natoya, is a phenomenal, knowledgeable, patient, & sweet person who answered all my questions & not once did she judge me per questions asked! My Nurse, Samantha, was very patient, knowledgeable, & has very bright energy! Now, Niki & Letci, front Receptionist, they are a remarkable staff who makes us clients feel welcome & I absolutely adore their positive energy that was given & I love it! This facility expresses great hospitality towards clients like myself ! 🙂

    I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. It provides a one stop shop for every medical or dental attention needed. Of course them having a pharmacy in the same facility also makes it very helpful. Letci along with the other girls up front always greet you with a smile eagerly to help in anything.

    I love coming to this location. They are all amazing. I love working with Letci. She always has a smile and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I would always recommend this location to anyone I know.

    Well, good service from the reception with Leta and Niki and Dr Caston was very friendly and a very good check-up and the good thing is that they have staff who speak Spanish like Alex, very friendly and the manager WHO was very professional in her work
