Summer 2023 update: Once again another year has past and I’m still not any where near impressed with this new management…. The turn over rate in the leasing office along with the maintenance is ridiculous…. Don’t ever expect to see the same team or personnel from month to month. Nobody stays…. The whole time The company Greystar was running the property it was the same office Team and same maintenance team. They shown that they are nowhere near having simple humane logic and do not consider resident in the event of unforeseen health hazards or conditions…. They basically would rather residents along with children to die and after death they still want you and your to pay rent with a smile from the grave. And not joking. This rental company EXPM “lmnopqrstuv” however the letters go is truly trash and has left a disgusting taste in my mouth towards apartment living. Please do your research on what company in over any apartment property and if it’s them Do not lease with them! They are truly workers from he!! And don’t let them fool you by saying we have a new management team or new manager…. They all the same! smile in your face and strike later. Summer 2022 Updated Review Since Having New Management take over in Nov 2021: OMG the total turnover…. The Terrace at Fall Creek is no longer a “luxury “ place to live as others have said since having new management the residents that they are bringing in are totally bringing down the value of the property not only do flood the pool daily and I mean flood they don’t clean up after themselves a new resident in my building dropped a jar of mayonnaise on the 1st set of stairs… about 5 young ppl stay there not 1 go back down a move a single piece of glass or a drop of water to rinse the substance…. You know what come after that sits out for months outside… My sister(company) moved it off the steps! Embarrassing!!!! The Trash Incinerator has been broken for over a month so now the complex is starting to smell like to dump birds and hawks are steadily flying overhead due to the amount of trash build up… the new residents do t even though all the trash around the just throw it around in the area of the dumpster and walk away. These problems that I am expressing was not here when Greystar was managing the property. When Greystar was here barely anybody got in the pool, there was not trash piled up on the lawn or by the dumpster, a random bag of trash sat in the parking lot for about a week or 2, the car wash drain is all of a sudden always clogged , they just now got something together on the gate but we gone see how long it Last. But that’s all of 2 weeks since they have been over the property and a few other days in between. The caulking on the buildings is completely tacky and that’s been like that since they 1st 2 weeks being here it’s 7 -8 months later… then the options they had on one building got me extra nervous as to who is making these decisions and not even involving the residents that’s impacted.TBH I would get Infuriated with this new company but to know I’m not alone and that others see exactly what I see…. I’m not going to lie there’s a lot more complaints I can add but y’all probably tired of reading this so imma just end here…. Summer 2021: Greetings I made my selection and move into the Reserve at Fall Creek during the pandemic I did not get to do an in-person tour but instead a virtual tour....although I was not able to visit the property or view the apartment I went in with great bFaith hoping that everything would be great...the day of my move-in was the first day that I got to view the property and my apartment my initial contact with Alicia was amazing she walked me through a lot of steps that I did not know exactly how to complete and gave me my keys to go to my new apartment. Upon entering my apartment the staff left a wonderful gift basket full of starter things and also toilet tissue on the roll.the apartment was in top-notch great condition very clean. Getting packages receiving mail and enjoying the amenities are all very convenient and

hello everyone, so I’ve been here since august 15th and my experience has been very positive. The application process was smooth, communication back and fourth was good. Move in process was also good. The front office has been very helpful with everything and communicating with me as far as my needs. The office staff is extremely helpful supportive and friendly. The community is quiet which I love. The pool area is nice I had a chance to take a dip. I love the gym, they have some good equipment in there. Although I only been here a short time my experience so far has been pleasant, so I would recommend checking them out. Ttyl 👋🏾 ☺️

I had such a great experience Beautiful property nice clean. I was welcome by Cedric he had no problem showing me tour of the property 2bed 2bath him and the Management Team they’re courteous and responsive, awesome, amazing friendly and nice. I absolutely love the unit I viewed today with Cedric. The property was very quiet and clean, the entire office staff was warm and friendly. I was able to view the unit and apply at the same time with no wait time. Fingers crossed 🤞🏾 I hope I get approved!

I went to do an app and was greeted by the manager Chris. He was awesome! He made the application process so easy! He was attentive, answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. The staff were also nice. 10/10. If you stop by ask for CHRIS

Cedric did such a great job on showing my mom and I around the property. He was very professional, respectful, and helpful. I liked the tour that he provided and I liked the whole setup of the property and the whole team was amazing, it was very clean and well maintain I would surely recommend these apartments to someone else thanks Cedric.

What a wonderful experience! The management team was so helpful and friendly. Chris was knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. They made the process of finding an apartment stress-free and the property is well kept. Hope to move in soon.
