I don’t understand why every Starbucks I go to can’t get their drive-through figured out (and mind you, I don’t go very often because $$$ and it isn’t worth it. Plus, I make better coffee at home). As a coffee place, Starbucks should DOMINATE the drive through experience, and yet every time I go I have to wait 15-20+ minutes in the drive through line for an okay, over-priced coffee. This is just not acceptable! Starbucks needs to learn from Chick-fil-A and get people out their taking orders and delivering coffees so that people can get on with their day and not be stuck in the drive through line. Thankfully, from this location, the coffee was hot and actually pretty delicious.

I wanted to give a shout-out to the staff here, at Starbucks Humble. I dropped in for a late coffee, while I was working to meet an important work deadline. And they allowed me to stay right up until before closing time so I could wrap up my work on schedule. They were very kind and provided excellent service. The atmosphere of this location is soothing and ideal for a study space or if you just want somewhere with a little quiet. The coffee was great as always. Thanks again to Caitlin and Sev for being so awesome!

The drinks at this location always taste funny. My go-to order that I love from any other location tastes bad from here. But very friendly staff and quick service! PS save yourself and do NOT order an oleato. Olive oil + coffee sounded like it could be a fun unique pairing but it is just gross.

Even though this location is the older location in kingwood, it’s still the best. The crew is great, they make the drinks the best and the atmosphere is comfortable and very accommodating. Whether you’re picking up quickly or hanging out to work or meet people, it’s great.

This is the best location in Kingwood. The crew is so sweet and personable. They have great attitudes, even when things get crazy. I leave with a smile every time I visit… which is daily 😂

Best Starbucks experience ever. I forgot the guys name that took my order. I think was a manager. White guy with long hair. Great service.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a very awesome barista who goes by the name of Katie. She made us feel very welcomed and was just booming with excitement. Good job Katie keep up the awesomeness

I love this Starbucks. They always prepare my coffee perfectly. They sconce was delicious also.

Shoutout for amazing staff. Pulled up to the drive through and before handing over my coffee the barista stopped and said it wasn’t very hot. She set it aside and quickly remade it. This is how you take care of your customers and keep us coming back! I just wish I’d gotten her name so I could give her the credit she deserves.

Great location in my neighborhood Staff was friendly & welcoming Impressive that a "special needs" female was an employee who was functioning as a cleaning person. Good for her and hooray for Starbucks.
