This
was
a
remarkable
Google
find.
This
is
exactly
what
I
use
Google
maps
for.
So
today,
a
friend
and
I
went
here
for
lunch.
When
we
arrived
at
12:00
the
guy
who
was
cooking
had
to
have
walked
in
5
minutes
before
us.
Not
a
single
burner
was
on
in
the
kitchen.
Ah,
man.....
we
stayed
anyway
as
the
man
assured
us
he
it
was
going
to
be
great.
We
ordered
Catfish
and
Grits,
and
I
ordered
the
Overload.
We
grabbed
some
Gatorades
and
sat
to
wait.
We
waited
for
about
35
minutes
and
the
dude
came
out
gave
us
a
small
sausage
sandwich
as
an
appetizer/thanks
for
being
patient.
Simple
roll
up
with
a
1/2
slice
of
America
cheese.
It
was
welcomed
and
was
great,
something
my
grandfather
would
have
handed
as
a
child.
We
waited
again
for
another
5-10
minutes,
and
he
produced
a
small
cup
of
cheese
grits.
I
can
not
remember
ever
having
Grits
taste
so
wonderfully
good.
Then
after
about
an
hour
our
food
was
served.
The
Catfish
and
Grits
was
brought
out
first.
Excellent,
again
those
same
Grits
were
the
base.
Next
was
the
Overload,
at
least
17
shrimp
along
with
that
same
delightful
sausage,
and
chicken
was
served
in
a
Cajun
cream
sauce
that
was
absolutely
dreamy.
I
can
not
wait
to
get
back
here
and
try
the
gumbo.
2
other
people
came
in
just
to
get
the
gumbo
but
were
turned
away
cause
it
wasn't
done
yet.
They
were
told
to
come
back
in
hour
or
so
and
they
both
said
absolutely...
I
think
if
gumbo
is
so
good
that
people
would
come
back
after
their
lunchtime
to
get
it,
its
gotta
be
great.
As
I
was
paying
they
thanked
us
for
our
patience,
gave
each
of
us
a
German
Chocolate
cake
to
go.
I
am
definitely
coming
back
here.
Next
time
my
order
will
blackened
shrimp
and
Grits.
Try
this
place
out
and
give
them
the
love
they
deserve.
