5 Stars! The manager always goes above and beyond for customers. You can tell how much all employees truly enjoy having him there. (Hope he is the manager, if not, he needs to be!) He is amazing! EVERY TIME we go he remembers us and we don’t dine-in as frequent. Thank you so much for always putting a smile on my kids face. First time we met him, he made my sons birthday extra special. Thank you ❤️

We often eat at this location. Until I was yelled at from the drive Thur line that I needed to move my truck or I was going to get towed!!!!! This young lady has been rude and not helpful on multiple occasions. I park in the front on the gravel next to the road due to the ease of getting in and out. I drive a full size truck and parking in their lot with the dual drive Thur is not fun to navigate. We won’t be returning to this location. I’m sure it’s no sweat off their back. The main guy Roy inside is super cool and great with the kids. This is why we enjoyed to dine in BECAUSE of Roy. They are building new location on grant rd and spring cypress rd we will be going to this location when it’s done. Roy should you see this it would be amazing to see you there when it’s done.

I don’t go to Chic Fil A often, but when I do, I am always satisfied with their service and food. This time I got a spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast, and it was so good. I really like biscuits, but if you don’t, there is always breakfast muffins. The place is always kept clean!

Lately this chick fil a has been very underwhelming. They’ve been forgetting receipts, sauces, and even one time forgot a breakfast item. Today was the last straw though when we asked for light ice because half the cup is always filled with ice when the drink is done, and they proceeded to not even fill the drink all the way. By a lot. The french vanilla iced coffee also tasted very black. Absolutely ridiculous. Another location is opening nearby, and I hope their service is much better than this one.

Fast friendly service. Good food. This location is in a very awkward small corner lot and always has traffic leading into it and wrapped around the building. I ordered ahead of time and just picked up to avoid the daily busyness of this place. All other aspects make this a great location to come and get your CFA fix!

While the food and service at this location is great. The Chickfilla experience, the drive through's popularity is causing traffic problems on the feeder road of 249 but it's getting better slowly. Parking lot should be bigger.

We went in for dinner and we were very surprised that they were having family night, it was a blast! Our children were able to build a Lowe's truck. We will be making Tuesdays our family night at this chick fil a on a weekly basis, if possible.

Excellent food, service, and the staff is amazing. BIG shout out to Ray, the very kind gentleman that walks the floor. He went the extra mile and made us feel right at home. Due to the consistent excellence here, we basically allocate half our grocery budget to this Chick-Fil-A 😂

I guess the service and quality is going down dramatically. This is how I got my sandwich with cheese. I am not vision impaired so I don’t need a visual of the cheese on top of my sandwich. Maybe it’s a new standard. Considering I am spending over $50 every time this is a new low.

Large play area for the Littles (huge selling point if you've been driving all day and your little one has tons of energy to get out before getting back in the car!) Very clean, great food, and awesome employees. The parking was tricky, I wish they had more shaded spaces for inside patrons (they have shaded spots for curbside pickup)

They really got it going on!! Everyone's a team player, and things move fast. Food is hot and fresh. Employees are positive and courteous! Rather than making my day harder, like some fast food places, they made my day positively good, and it was about to be a rough day. I realize that there are still people doing it right. Love this place!!
