Zero star if I could! Time after those this place is a disappointment. Go here if you want to wait 30+ mins for cold food and burnt patty. My burger is cold, looks burnt, looks like left over scraps, and is unappealing in every aspect! I will avoid coming here. The only good thing was the cashier lance. He was very polite. The manager was in there smiling thru the window? I wouldn’t be smiling if it took them 10 mins to take your order at the window and then another 25-35 mins to get your food. My visit took almost an hr. If I didn’t think it would take another hour to fix the mistake I probably would had gone back.

This location has been so bad lately. These past three visits have been by far the worst, cold fries are one thing, but rotten apples on the apple and cranberry chicken salad ? Unacceptable. The wrong ingredients to the avocado bacon burger ( used regular buns instead of texas toast, used raw onions instead of grilled, mustard instead of creamy pepper sauce, wrong cheese, pickles !?) Unacceptable. To top it off, on one of my recent visits, the manager on the clock 'forgot' to give me my receipt and change back after i had paid with cash.. very disappointing.

Everytime I come here there's an issue today's the last time though I always get told to get out the line and wait by double doors then they take 25 minutes to give me my order for 2 small portions no sauce honey biscuits and 4 tacos it's a rip off 30 bucks for measly food I can sit at a 5 star restaurant instead what trash don't come here spend your somewhere else!!!! Trash a rip off it's dog food for dogs

Waited 20 minutes for my food and wasted my entire lunch break waiting for the damn food. More than 10 people got their orders before i did and i still received the wrong order. The wait time for this is always bad but come on. Was offered no apology or anything. Was like usual for them. At one point it looked like the manager came out to give the food for some other person and just freaking passed by where i was at. It was just 1 freaking burger and 2 pies and that was it! How difficult is that? This place sucks sometimes but wow. This time it was the worst.

First time coming here, since We entered there was trash on the floor and some tables. Dined in and trash had not been picked up yet.

I ordered thru Uber Eats and this is how they secured my drink, as if someone couldn't just remove the top, other locations do a far better job at assuring that my food/drinks will not be tampered with. DO BETTER.

The food comes out quickly and hot. The staff is very friendly and they come around to see if anything is needed; and they ask with a smile. Due to 'unhoused' folks at times in the restaurant, the restrooms have to be kept under lock and you need to get the code from an employee.

The dining area was super dirty. There were 3 African American employees breaking together by order line laughing out super loud even criticizing customers. There was another table Hispanic employees by exit door handicap parking and employee came in and joined others cursing loudly in English and Spanish. They need to teach their young staff that yes it is Whataburger but when in uniform you are representing and behave more professional. The table sat at I had to go back to counter to ask for a rag to wipe it and manager handed me to wipes. One employee got upset cuz she had to get trays from tray area above trash and she was mouthing off as her coworkers behind counter responded. It was crowded in dining area with customers so that should not have took place in front of us

Been to 100 whataburgers and would not let me add cheese and lettuce to a kids Justa burger for my daughter. Not even for an extra charge . I just feel like they was being lazy and that’s terrible! Never stopping here again.

Took 10 minutes to get our food ( Two burgers and fries ) through the drive thru. They asked for us to pull around to the front door and wait. A total of seven cars came and left before our food was brought out. Burgers were cold and fries were cold. Do better please.

It can no longer be considered fast food, because it takes much longer than a fast food place. The new ownership seems to have taken it down a notch or two.
