Very good.. hot the Spot.. Very tasty. A little confusing on the name thru the Door Dash App.. as it said. Pasqually when it's Chuck E Cheese.. Drinks were hot when we our order arrived.

I'm giving it a one star because of the customer service and cleanliness. Being a food establishment and where kids play this is unacceptable. Manager is never available. Staff doesn't wash hands after bathroom use ( witness it) there is no Manger call back.

This place was clean, like really clean, like shockingly clean. No trash on the floors no sticky tables or games. The salad bar looked clean and fresh. I was impressed! Also my kid love it duh! 😂

It took them over an hour to make our pizza and I think I know why!!! This is the manager named GENESIS IS OVER THERE pigging out instead of making the customers pizza first! Carl ended up reimbursing our money and our food was ever made! Very unprofessional we’ll NEVER be Back to this location!!

We came here for a Sunday Afternoon birthday party. The place was clean and all the games seemed to be working. Staff was nice and pizza was delicious. My daughter had a great time celebrating her classmate's birthday.

Just had a walk in birthday party, which usually require reservations but the manager (Yvonne I believe) and the kid playing Chuck E went far and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Best location in Houston by far!!

Really bad expience, people there were in a bad mood, the girl named Genesis was taking orders with attitude and was discriminating us the whole time we were there, if you want to use your cupons/ free things dont go here! They make you feel like you cant use them at all! Doesn't the app exist for a reason? You should be able to use them without no one making any opinion on your actions! NEVER COMING BACK!

Grandkids has a great time ,customer service was outstanding and compassion for me being handicap the server helps me the kids activities

So much fun! Clean, organized and spacious. My kids love it there!

We went during Friday about the 5pm. It was clean all games were working except for one service was quick as so as receiving food we purchased. We tried the sampler which is enough for a child and parent to share but one adult can easily finish the order.
