Adding another review since I have finished my lease at The Parker: I chose The Parker when I first moved to Houston and stayed for my entire time in Houston, almost 3 years ago when the building had recently opened. I had overall a great experience here, particularly since the new management team took over (s/o Rachel who has been fantastic!). I had plenty of help from the leasing team over the years dealing with packages, lost keys, even a patio door that blew open that I had forgotten to lock while out of town. Another shout out to the maintenance team -easy to get in touch with, timely, and efficient. TL;DR - I initially picked this complex because I liked the aesthetics of the interior, but I stayed because of the reliable, friendly management, great location, and great experience year over year.

The Parker is a great property that I have had the pleasure of working with since it was completed in 2020. I have placed many clients here who are very happy and have continued living at this property since they moved in! The property was designed by top designers of Houston who have earned world recognition. No detail went unnoticed on this project. The best thing about The Parker is it's locally owned and managed by a Houston based company. The leasing staff is personable and very professional. They do their best to help facilitate new and current tenants. If you're considering a new apartment, The Parker is a great option.

I lived here for about a year and a half and only left because of an out of state job change. Wish I could have stayed here longer. I have lived in multiple apartments but this was my favorite. The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff is very friendly and they throw fun events (yoga, Halloween parties with treats, events for pets, just to name a few). Maintenance was always very kind and helpful as well. I felt very safe here as well and residents were friendly too. Highly recommend!!!

Quiet and friendly oasis in Houston. Very responsive and kind office team. State of the art and maintained amenities. We love this place. Great for young families and the nearby elementary school is amazing with our daughter. Commutable to downtown, the library and Houston health center. Around the corner from Memorial and Buffalo Bayou parks to run, bike, walk, hike and picnic. What more can you want?

Moved in a month ago and could not be happier! Everyone I have interacted with has been really friendly. Great management and maintenance team - very kind and accommodating. Great location, amenities, and overall feel of the building.

I moved here in July and have nothing but positive things to say. From the actual unit, to maintenance, to the leasing office. They treat residents like family and make sure we are a priority. Great apartment complex!

When moving to Houston from out of state over the summer, we just so happened to find The Parker and truly could not be any happier with our decision. We were a bit hesitant initially given we signed a lease without seeing the property, but upon our arrival The Parker quickly became home. The amenities are wonderful, well-maintained, very clean, and modern. Not to mention it is a great location with a half mile walk to Memorial Park, easy access to downtown, and situated between amazing neighboring communities More than that, all staff members are extremely kind and welcoming, management is extremely responsive, quick to resolve any and all concerns, and so engaging. From wonderful social events, to thoughtful experiences, and management who knows you by name, we absolutely love the community feel The Parker creates.

We lived in The Parker for 18 months and loved not only the building but more importantly, the leasing office & maintenance staff. Rachel, the Community Manager, is extremely warm, kind and accommodating. She is exactly the type of person you want to work with when finding a place to live. Also, Jose from maintenance is the best. He will always make himself available and go above and beyond for the building’s tenants. We would definitely recommend The Parker!

Toured this property today with the assistant manager Blaine. I walked in with no appointment and he promptly assisted me. The building was immaculately clean and when we passed residents, he even knew their name. He was dressed nice and was very professional. These apartments are wood based instead of cement, but they feel very luxury and not cheap. Walking through the complex you can tell they make sure they keep everything up to date and tidy. The 4th floor has beautiful 12 foot ceilings which was the selling point for me. They also have the cheapest resident service fees of all the Morgan group properties I had toured and they have the highest reviews of any of them.

I’ve been living here for a few years now and it’s been great! The office staff is friendly and always comes up with fun events and giveaways. The area is always clean and all issues are taken care of quickly!
