I am just a visitor and I am so disappointed with the facilities of this 7 Riverway apartment one of them visitors parking spot. I am aware they have free valet parking. But every weekend when I come there for working . There is no concierge in the lobby have to wait almost 45 months and also no valet parking person which is they come at 7 am. But my shift start before 7 am .Every weekend always full the parking spot this is getting ridiculously since they name this place luxury apartments you will things at least they have a spot to park your vehicle safely . I wont even come to visit if I don’t have a reason to come to this place .

When looking to move to a new residence, you might be initially impressed by the location, the building structure, the physical appearance, yet all that is superficial. What is really important and meaningful is the attitude, and the feeling of genuine welcoming by the staff, and the new friends and neighbors. From our initial meeting with staff including Jeana, Bella, Elias, Antonio, to the strangers we met in the elevators, there was a sense of community and happiness at 7 Riverway, more so, than at other places we visited. With age and experience you learn to make better decisions. Moving here was a good decision. Carole S.

Note: I have not moved into the community yet and can only write this review based off the excellent touring and application experience we had! My partner and I came to 7 Riverway for an impromptu tour and Susan was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She has immense knowledge of the community, complex, and its history, and her passion for her job is infectious! We have never had a leasing agent leave such a positive impression on us that we felt compelled to apply for our future home the next day. The units are absolutely stunning. I have a hard time comprehending how people feel they are dated, alas it may just be my taste. The finishes are incredible, the views are breathtaking in every direction, and it was obvious the amenities and common areas receive diligent love and care.

this is amazing team. I have never been happier. Everyone from Alex, to Bella, Susan Jeana and maintenance are phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at 7 Riverway!

Bella was a star. Above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend if looking for a great experience for something that in general is fairly stressful.

Can’t say enough about 7 Riverway!! Beautiful high rise. White glove service all the way. Bella Lopez in the leasing dept was wonderful, move in was easy, the concierge is fabulous, maintenance is spot-on. The valet helps residents and guests with both parking and also help bring things up to your apt for you. The grounds are beautiful. Perfect location where you are close to everything. They have socials and offer breakfasts on selected weekends. Fabulous place!

I have been a resident at 7 Riverway for three years and I can’t say enough. Bella and Jeana are incredible they are attentive and courteous.And I appreciate everything they do and makes it very enjoyable living here.
