I am super amazed at the level of customer service that the manager Chelsea has. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. These apartments are truly amazing I also want to take the time to recognize Miguel Angel he’s a very hard working , professional maintenance technician. He always happy to help with any issues. I am very happy with this complex.

I am so happy and pleased with my new place to call home. Ms. Beverly is the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make my move in seamless and so easy. Clarisa at the front desk has been so helpful and answers any questions you may have. Michael Angelo who is the maintenance man is always so friendly and came right away to fix my blinds. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The pictures online do it no justice. I am so happy and proud to call this place home.

I can’t put into words how professionally ran this complex is from the amenities to the staff. The complex is very clean and quiet and they strive to keep it that way. During my process I worked with two people; Chelsea and Stephanie. Chelsea is a nice personable person who answered all my questions in a timely manner. Stephanie is a nice kind hearted person who greets you with a smile and always went out of her way to help me with anything I needed from questions about my account to printing documents that I needed. They made my transition very smooth.

Chelsea has been outstanding since the day I first toured and then ultimately chose this property to call my new home. Now that I have moved in a few weeks ago, I have had many interactions with Linh and she is equally impressive. These ladies make a great team and are striving on a daily basis to keep this property running smoothly and addressing any issues quickly. They work hard and it shows! Thankfully I have only had a minor service issue but Miguel is such a nice man and hard working as well. Love the location as well and I hope this current team is here for years to come!

My daughter and I wanted to thank Ms Linh for making our dream comes true, by living in this gorgeous apartments. I highly recommend this brand new place. Everyone at the office are so nice and so professional. Linh was the one who took us for an apartment tour and we fall in love with the place. ♥️

She is professional and so knowledgeable! Chelsea is the ultimate manager. She truly cares about her property and tenants and does so with a smile. She is amazing! Charlestone Apartment complex is superb! It looks like you are living in a Hotel like. I love Ms. Beverly, Ms. Chelsea and Ms. Lyn for making me situated smoothly in my new Apartment here at Charleston! Kudos to all of you! You are all amazing and super star! Finally, I found an apartment that is secured, far from noise of the traffic and with complete amenities. The place is just nearby to my workplace, and its brand New! So, nothing else you can find like this in the city center, especially in Houston! I love my new home, the environment, and my new safe haven. PS: Look for Ms. Beverly, she is so lovely and very accommodating and she has all the answers for your queries, and Ms. Chelsea and Ms. Lyn for smooth transactions when it comes to paperworks. Thank god for Miguel! He fixed everything I needed when I moved in, very quick & efficient. Best maintenance guy for sure! Also, the leasing staff is GREAT especially Chelsea and Linh. I love this place, the staff, the amenities are the best in the medical center area.. My wife and I truly call this place home. Its a community of Joy, Relaxation and Harmony!!! I love the Charleston. The amenities are all inclusive and the caliber of people that inhabit the community is top tier. Super central to everything, safe, new and beautiful. Moving here has changed my life in Houston for the better. Would 10/10 recommend.

Omg I love it here! The events the amenities are everything. My fiancé and I have been here for 6 months and it’s still going good! We have the best property manager Mrs Chelsea is so real! I look forward to more years at Charleston!
