I have lived at Boone Manor for about a year and the experience has been satisfying. I would like to review the property for prospective tenants' reference. Location: Situated in the heart of the museum district, it is a nice, quiet and safe area. You can easily access nearby areas such as Midtown, Downtown, Montrose, Texas Medical Center, River Oaks, the Galleria, etc. with a car. They also have a very unique perk of bike rentals (free), which adds to not only the cultural element, but also convenience for residents. The iconic Hermann Park is walkable by the way. Amenities: This property is equipped with everything that a luxury apartment building should have, including a gorgeous pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and multiple lounges (the penthouse one overlooks the Houston downtown skyline and the view is magnificent). I decided to live with them last year because the aesthetics and the hue of the decorations in this building are reminiscent of Waldorf Astoria Xiamen, a luxury hotel brand that I love. Management: The leasing office and the concierge have been extremely helpful since I moved here. The professionalism from Abraham, Nemo, and Chelsea are quite impressive. They host community events once in a while, which means you get a chance to meet a lot of working professionals who reside here. The building first opened in early 2022 and has been maintained well.

I have been living in Boone Manor for the past 6 months and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with this apartment complex. The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any issues that arise. They are also very proactive in addressing any maintenance concerns. The amenities at Boone Manor are fantastic. The pool is always clean and well-maintained, and the fitness center is well-equipped with everything I need for a great workout. The community is also very pet-friendly. The location is also great - it's minutes away from downtown and surrounding districts, restaurants, and entertainment options. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which is important to me. Very walkable location in museum district. Overall, I highly recommend Boone Manor to anyone looking for a great apartment complex to call home. The management team is wonderful, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable.

I’ve lived in 4 different apartment complexes in the Houston area and Boone Manor was hands down the best experience I had with a property management company thus far. Everything we needed was taken care of promptly. The staff was always super friendly and professional. You may be able to save a little bit on the cost of rent if you’re looking at some of the other properties near Hermann Park (and I had friends living in 3 other properties in the area) but you will not get this quality of management anywhere else! 100% worth the money. I would’ve stayed if I could’ve but I had to relocate closer to my company’s office. Thanks for everything Boone Manor!

The leasing office was great and they were always so helpful! I really enjoyed my time here. Chelsea and Nemo always treated me with the most respect and patience. The only thing I can see some improvement on was the cleanliness of the facility and for a few months the freight elevator was down almost every month. But recently the elevator has been fixed. The pool was one of my favorite amenities!

Chelsea was great! She squeezed us in for a viewing as walk-ins, even nearing the EOD. She was very friendly, professional and enthusiastic! We could tell she has great attitude as every resident we encountered on our tour was greeting her enthusiastically too. The building has beautiful amenities, it gives you the feeling you are at four seasons or the Mandarin Oriental hotels!

Location is great, close to Hermann park, all museums, Rice university and medical center, all in pleasantly walking distance. Staffs are great, easy communication and warmly reception to all guests and residents. Will definitely recommend to friends and families.

Abraham has been so wonderful and communicative during the entire application process, 10 out of 10. I picked boone manor because no luxury apt in the area compared. So happy to be moving in soon and joining such a lux community <3

Enjoyed my initial tour with Chelsea! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the property. Beautiful building and apartments. I moved in about a 7 months ago and could not be more pleased with my apartment and the building. A very nice place to call "home."
