Great place, family atmosphere and is now my daughters go to dentist. Doctor is super nice and patient with our questions. Front desk is polite and attentive. Highly recommend

I love this dentist office! My kids love it too. No more fighting and crying going to check ups! They are quick, efficient, and actually check what insurance covers before recommending services. My old dentist office didn’t, and I was always receiving extra bills from insurance on what wasn’t covered. Glad I don’t have to deal with that stress anymore.

The quality of service is superb! They are not commercialized which means that their work is top notch. They take photo images in color of your full teeth and they show you how your mouth really looks inside. I have never, in the past with other dentist, been shown my full teeth in color and gotten a full explanation of any issues. The waiting area makes you feel comfortable and calm. It’s not like waiting in a hospital type of waiting area where you get nervous to go in and expect the worse. I recommend them 100%.

We had a great experience at Eado Family Dental today! It was our 3 year olds first trip to the dentist. Everyone was so kind, patient and helpful. She loved getting to watch TV during the session and picking out a prize at the end. I've visited this office as a patient myself. I love how clean and state of the art all the equipment is. I'd definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need of a dentist! Thanks!

First time here and I already know I won’t be going anywhere else ever again!! Amazing staff and so many services that they were able to give me almost a complete treatment plan on this first visit! And I need a lot of work so that’s saying a lot!! Easy appointment scheduling and super easy to get to! Bring your family here!!!

Man I really wanted to love this! Everything was clean. Stay was friendly. Loved the back scrubs. She was so detailed in her information. Educating me along the way. Dentist same energy, and when I told her hey I like to get everything done asap. She was willing to work with me. There was no hiccups. Till we got to speaking about billing, this is where it completely broke my heart and I was like “damn, another place trying to upsell”. Here’s why they had prepped me to making me believe I needed the deep cleaning. And I agree I am with them I do! But you know $800 just wasn’t willing to spend at the moment. I said hey let’s get a regular cleaning I know my insurance renews January I can start that then. Here comes the “no we’re going to deny you a regular cleaning cause you need the deep cleaning it’s on the form” , then I asked “so you guys are denying me because it’s what you guys recommend; cause the insurance still doesn’t know about it. So if I wanted to I can go to another dentist and get a regular cleaning” “ which states you can if you wanted too” and changed her tone a bit “we can give you the regular cleaning you just have to sign a waiver stating you did not want the deep cleaning, and insurance isn’t guaranteed to cover it next year because you already had a cleaning.” (I know my insurance resets January.) then I just simply questioned her “why would you not say that at first and present to me like I had no choice” kindly told her I no longer feel comfortable because I feel she is trying to sell me. She continued exposing the treatment costs let her finished asked me to sign papers to state we went over prices. Which this is an old school sales move I was taught to do back in the day. Idk rubbed me the wrong way and left. Summary: loved the place, love the people, they might prioritize selling you treatment than treating you. My search for a dentist continues… (Edited from a 2-3; Dr. Williams called back and apologized and that’s big I’m sure she’s busy. But yeah no doubt her and the hygienist were awesome!)

I don't even live near EaDo, but I don't mind traveling from afar to get the best treatment here with Dr. Williams and Dr. Ma. They make me feel like family here, and their office is also a stunner! Who doesn't like Simpsons, and how you feel at ease here. They truly care about their patients, and assistants. You won't go wrong with the best docs in town! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The staff at EaDo Family are so nice! They cleaned my teeth really well and did a great job on my fillings! I love that they have tvs above the chair so you can watch Netflix during your appointment.

I'm a newer patient, just had my second appointment today for a routine cleaning. My experience has been great, from the office staff, to the hygienist to the doctors. Modern facilities with netflix to watch during your visit too! If you are looking for a dentist in the area, check them out.

Dr. Williams and Cindy were incredible during my visit. Very welcoming and addressed all my concerns. Always wonderful people and smooth dentist visit. Very satisfied.
