I visited Downtown Dentists for my cleaning and dental exam. My Dental hygienist was incredible and Dr. Pagel very knowledgeable and thorough. I love the cleanliness and the professional environment. Doctors Pagel, Albers and Lyons are incredible and they deliver high quality of dental and implant care. The team is so friendly you feel like you are family there.

Betty Albers is great! I have been coming to Downtown Dentist for many years and have had several different types of procedures done - including fillings, a root canal and several crowns. I have never had a single issue with anything. Dr. Albers is very meticulous and knowledgeable. And a really fun person! Everyone at this office is great at what they do. Highly recommend!

Each person on the team is knowledgeable, professional, and focused on providing a first class health care experience. The office coordinators, Kamyn and Veronda, are friendly and make sure everything runs smoothly. The team is fantastic and they do a great job! I highly recommend them!

Of 12 recommendations, only 2 were up to the the standards and care we all deserve and appreciate, Downtown Dentist is my dentist of choice and helped me when I needed them the most, after a dentist nightmare by just going to “the nearest dentist to me”, a mistake I will never make again. Dr Pagel, Dr Lyons, and downtown dentist office staff are super nice. Always professional, attentive, friendly, and encouraging. I’ve been with the office for over ten years and really enjoy working with the team. I’ve had two implants done at the the office, and they work really well. In particular, I like the way Dr. Pagel explains any decision making process (I always want to know why and how), and my hygienist Marcie is the best! She shared so many tips of teeth cleaning with me and always encourages me to do a good job at home. I genuinely like the office, thank you all!

I love this practice. Friendly faces at every corner, quality care, and very convienent if you work in downtown. They understand office culture and offer early morning and lunch appointments to help accommodate your schedule. Can usually be seen on the same day if there is an emergency. Dr pagel has done my Invisalign as well as some fillings and I could not be happier with the results. Painless, clear expectations and pricing from the moment any treatment is discussed and he will answer any questions with compassion and patience. Even if I move away from Houston I will still make the trip to continue coming here.

Great, friendly, honest staff, hygienists and dentists. My teeth always look and feel exceptionally clean when I leave. There’s also no made up dental issues to take your money and bill your insurance. Would recommend!

Downtown Dentist, starting with Dr sutherland, and now Dr. pagel, have been my dentists for almost 30 years!!! Eventhough I no longer work DT since 2002, I still make the trip here to the office. Their staff are long tenured, and extraordinarily friendly, with much genuine intention in everything they do! They practise with expertise skill, cleaniness, and make you feel safe. awesome!
