We're passing by this jewelry store last week and intrigued by their name "Clean Origin". We went in to see. They sell lab grown diamonds. The sales staff Jackie explained well about the diamonds they sell. We didn't know GIA also certifies Lab made diamonds. We always thought that GIA only certifies naturally mined diamonds. If someone is conscientious about the origin of the diamond, Clean Origin diamonds maybe a great option for them because they don't have to ever worry about blood diamonds. Kay & Joe

Everyone here was super helpful, especially Ally!! She is great. I ordered 2 rings (one for me and one for my mom) and dropped mine off here for resizing. The service was timely, and the interactions have all been positive. I would definitely recommend Clean Origins and this specific location to anyone in the market for a lab diamond!

I was able to come in and check out some rings and diamonds from CO! I've been following them since 2021ish and finally able to come to the store. Best customer service ever! Cindy and maybe Nick were really nice! I cannot wait to work with them to create the most perfect ring! 10/10 recommended for the service, I could not give a review on rings or diamond yet! I went shopping around looking for as much information as possible about jewelry and about engineered stones. I was looking all over the internet and in different stores. I’m out here in CA and let me say this, I found little to no help here. It wasn’t until I I found clean origin and noticed they had a store in TX (closest one to me). I got the privilege to talk to David at the Baybrook location. David is the store manager and by far one of the easiest people to work with. He explained everything to me settled my fears and finally helped me to find what I was looking for. Couldn’t ask for a better person to help me. Thank you David, your patience and experience truly did help to diminish all my worries and uncertainty.

Clean Origin is probably one of the best jewelry stores that I've been to in a long time! The staff were friendly and helpful and I'm excited to go back and get the set I fell in love with! They have really nice pieces and I can't wait to own some of my own soon!

Visited several different vendors at the local shopping mall who provided lackluster customer service. I went to Clean Origin one time to look and the second time to purchase. Ally was very helpful, listened to my feedback, and helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring for my (now) fiancé. So happy with the ring and it looks fantastic on her!
