There are robberies by gangs in the parking lot. My car has been broken into to. The managers won't protect us or help. They ignore instead of having a 24/7 parking lot security and adequate surveillance. Seniors are sitting ducks here.

As the Hair salon owner/operator at this facility for 14 yrs. I'm blessed by many residents and an awesome management team. Managers, Amy Jones and Larry, work diligently caring for residents & their needs. If anything breaks, they're on it asap. They offer ongoing activities to keep it exciting! The informative monthly newsletter & event calendar keeps all residents engaged and never bored. Getting along together.(at least 90%) HA! Outside includes Water aerobics exercise in tropical walkin pool, work out gym, raised gardening boxes, bus field trips, 2 annual resident craft shows, holiday parties w/yummy food. Opposite side of complex, a big fenced in pet play yard w/shade & people/pet friendly atmosphere. Indoors is also top notch. Two double sided fireplaces w/four separate areas of open comfort relaxing furniture. Surrounded w/ jigsaw puzzling groups, coffee bar, vending machines, library, Bible study, computers, crochet/knitting circle, board games and more. A bus on property for grocery shopping and doctors visits. The management team there today is the best I've experienced in the pass 14 years. There is something to be said about people who really care for seniors. GOD BLESS THEM!!!

Shout out to Orchard Park! This month is my 11th anniversary of calling Orchard Park Home! I love the staff and the amenities here! My concerns or needs are addressed timely and resolved. I have an organic garden raised bed, access to a library, computer, coffee center, puzzle table, workout room, pool and community center! Amy and Larry are the best management team! I am looking forward to continue calling Orchard Park Home in the coming years!

I have lived in this property for only 5 months and I have to say it was the best decision I’ve made. The front office has been so accommodating to my needs. The Assistant Manager Larry has made me feel like I’m truly welcomed. The maintenance department are helpful to the needs of seniors at this property. They have made known all the programs available to seniors. Just a great place to live.

Hello, just wanted to stop by and say that I have lived at Orchard Park at Willowbrook for several years and I could not see myself living anywhere else. The management team are great and the maintenance are always there when you need them, even after hours. I recommend anyone looking for a great community to consider Orchard Park at Willowbrook.

I don't often give 5 stars, in fact, I've never been able to give an apartment complex 5 stars. Orchard Park at Willowbrook has more than earned 5 stars. From the moment I called, seeking for an apartment on my Mom's behalf, Larry was abundantly helpful! He was attentive and informative. Residents spoke friendly greetings as we walked by. The grounds are well kept. The amenities are numerous. There is a healthy flow of activities for the residents to sign up for. The concern management has for people's well-being goes beyond this property. They also have properties specifically for battered women and another for young adults who have aged out of foster care. When a company cares about "the least of these" it shows they care more about people than just their bottom line. We're blessed to have found them and very fortunate to be able to have the peace of mind knowing my mom will be enjoying her golden years in this community.

I just moved in here a couple of months ago and I’m already thrilled with this place. The service from the staff from the managers all the way down to the maintenance. Staff is wonderful. Everything you could possibly want in your home area is right here in these buildings. They have frequent trips to the stores in the area as well as field trips around this the northern part of Houston and Texas itself. The buildings are kept clean and well-maintained. The residents are friendly and helpful and the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to help everyone to have everything they need .

Orchard Park at Willowbrook is a great senior independent living community! I have lived here almost six years. Management really cares about the residents. It has been my experience that input from residents is encouraged, appreciated and acted on. Lots of activities if you choose to participate. No complaints here.
