    I found my experience here to be quite depressing. I know department stores are far from the glory they once had when I was a child, but this was awful. I went in to look for pillows and honestly there was more merchandise on the floor than stored on their shelves. There were so many pillows and comforters on the floor it was nearly hazardous to trip over. The entire upstairs was a jungle. The escalators are out of order which made the trip up and back down even worse. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in years. And even if I had wanted to purchase something, there were no employees in sight. I don’t think I’ll be shopping in person here any time soon. It’s a better experience even at Ross. Very sad what’s happened to what was once a nice store. If you can’t give a good shopping experience to customers it’s best to close the doors.

    It’s been quite some time since I went shopping in this store which I used to love. I was appalled at how dirty and disorganized things are. The apparel was nice and neat but only having one checkout area is crazy. There were seven people in line with two ladies handling purchases and returns, plus checking inventory for customers. There is only one dressing room open and it was filthy. The carpet was so disgusting, I didn’t want to step on it. Unfortunately, I had to use the restroom and it was worse than the dressing room. Toilet paper holders were broken off the wall, lying on the floor in two stalls, one was sitting on the counter where you wash your hands. The sales ladies in the women’s section and makeup were excellent. I feel for them having to work in this store.

    I have been working with Marina to help me find more professional that is comfortable. She showed me styles that I love, but I NEVER would have picked them out on my own. She is a shining example of an of an employee and I'm so glad we had the chance to talk. The management did a great job hiring Marina.

    Chance at the MAC counter was very nice and his makeup looked nice. However once my friend wanted to check out her NC 42 powder foundation. He stated I could wear her same shade even though I am a brown darker skinned woman and she is a fair medium black woman. It made me uncomfortable that he would suggest and almost argue to me why I should wear the incorrect shade instead of shade matching me to see what would be my match. I will not be back, it’s disheartening to come to a store for help and expertise to get told something like that, I hope he gets further training on doing OTHER peoples makeup.

    Very unhappy with them. They had this product that said $20.00. When you got to the register, it rang up 79.99. They would not sell it to us for $20.00.

    Macy's, once a trusted retailer, has unfortunately fallen short in terms of customer service and their sales promotions. While some staff members are friendly and helpful, their availability can be hit or miss, leaving customers frustrated and searching for assistance. One of the biggest letdowns is their sale promotions. Advertised as offering significant savings, it's disappointing to realize that the discounted price is often the same as the regular price on the brand's website. This essentially means that Macy's is not actually providing the over 50% savings they claim to offer. This lack of transparency disheartens customers who expect great deals and savings at Macy's. It raises questions about the authenticity of their promotions and leaves customers feeling misled. As a result, my trust in Macy's has been shaken. In the future, I will always "GTS" (Google the price) when shopping at Macy's to ensure that I am indeed getting a good deal. It's unfortunate that Macy's has become a retailer that requires such vigilance from its customers, but it is a necessary precaution to avoid disappointment and overspending. Furthermore, the store was messy; the products were unorganized and out of place, and the signage and prices were on the wrong shelving, with only one cashier on the 2nd floor. (although other Macy's staff noticed the long line at the checkout counter, took zero action, and continued chatting and working on display/upcoming promoting). The lovely lady at the checkout counter who's working does her best. The electronic payment(which most people struggle with and or the machine not working correctly) on top of that slow transaction. The customer is asked how they would like to receive their recipe. If the customer wants a paper recipe + an email or email, more time is added to the transaction. Depending on how fast the email addresses are entered. All in all, this process is time-consuming, and I stood and wanted to purchase the goods that I needed. I witnessed at least two customers walk off, leaving the merchandise on a nearby shelf In conclusion, Macy's needs to address its customer service issues and be more transparent with its sales promotions in order to regain the trust of their customers. Until then, I will approach shopping at Macy's with caution and a healthy dose of skepticism.

    It's very hard to find a sales person or anyone at a register. Which resulted in me putting back the bedding and pillows I wanted to buy. However the furniture department and sales lady is wonderful and very helpful and I'm very satisfied with her help and the bedroom furniture I purchased

    Went there for late Christmas shopping. The employees in the shoe department were very attentive and great! The women's department didn't find one person to help.. but they still had a great selection for jeans. Just would have like to see the fitting rooms more presentable and clean, clothes that people tried on were everywhere in the stalls. But otherwise, it's a great place for shopping. They had every fragrance cologne my husband loves..

    Yesterday I had bought my dream prom dress from here ❤️ I had great help from the staff. A worker named Coco helped me with all the dress options. The place was nice and clean and overall they have a good shopping experience ☺️ great job ladies.

    I really like this location. I would say Macy’s has kind of gone downhill over the years. It’s not as clean or as organized as it used to be but this location does a pretty nice job. They run amazing sales. I wish they were better at keeping you up-to-date about those sales. We end up walking through their regularly just to make sure we don’t miss anything.they had a sale on jewelry after Christmas 70% off and then 20% off of that. Huge savings. Got a $10,000 bracelet for like $2000. Most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever bought. The ladies behind the counter very helpful. They’ll help you save the most money. I was there the other night and a guy was trying to haggle with them. Don’t waste your time. They can’t haggle. The price is the price, but if there’s a sale coming up, they’ll hold things for you seeing save the most money. I’m not sure what they get paid on commissions, but they clearly do and they will work to earn them. I didn’t lower the rating for not having a big tall section but they don’t have one which sucks. I have to go to Dillards for that. Oh, to be fair the comment about it being a little dirty, and Unorganized might be related to the holidays.

    By far the worst walk in to fragances department experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t get none of the lady’s names that treated me like if I was a scam to their department by simply wanting to return a fragrance that wasn’t halfway but 2 inches used. Mostly the lady with the Gucci glasses belittling me is unacceptable. The whole group of women not understanding my reason for not having a receipt or a box for the fragrance that they sell there was just personal at that point. The other lady with her comment stating that this is what people do on TikTok, like what?🤦‍♀️ I don’t even have Tiktok but her comment just goes to show how they wanted to treat me till I left, but I didn’t. Macys policy says you can return the fragrance if only a bit of it is used. I wasn’t satisfied after those 2 inches of use so I wanted a refund or an exchange depending if I found something I liked but at that point given a hard time I just wanted my refund. After asking for upper management Gaby was very understanding and agreed to my research of their fragrance policy. She continued with my refund and I left in one peace. Definitely unnecessary for this escalation but it had to happen.

    Found what I was looking for (fragrances), but the prices were astronomical!!! I'll stick to perfume oils if all the fragrances I like are this pricy.
