Today
I
went
to
your
Willowbrook
Mall
location
to
exchange
a
ring
I
purchased
Friday
at
the
Woodlands
Mall
location.
I
exchanged
the
ring
that
I
purchased
Friday
for
a
bigger
and
better
one
today.
When
I
got
to
Willowbrook,
Patsy
the
associate
was
assisting
me
until
Charlie
the
department
manager
started
micromanging
the
transaction.
I
know
he
was
following
store
protocol
but
he
didn't
want
to
exchange
the
ring,
Charlie
told
me
he
could
hold
the
ring
for
three
day
and
I
could
come
back
and
get
the
ring
once
the
refund
posted
to
my
debit
card,
but
he
couldn't
give
me
cash
back..even
thought
that's
how
I
paid.
I
was
absolutely
not
satisfied
with
that,
I
wanted
the
ring
today.
I
had
a
receipt,
and
i
paid
cash.
Charlie
then
called
Andrew
the
AP
Manager
who
came
to
the
department
and
I
explained
to
him
that
all
I
wanted
was
my
ring
no
money
back.
I
also
explained
to
Andrew
that
I
already
don't
shop
in
this
store
and
at
this
point
I
will
NEVER.
Andrew
then
told
Charlie
to
process
the
exchange
without
hesitation.
I
truly
appreciated
the
exemplary
customer
service
that
Andrew
and
Patsy
gave
me,
Charlie
he
wasn't
pleased
with
the
results
but
he
followed
the
instructions
of
Andrew.
At
the
end
of
it
all
I
left
the
Willowbrook
location
a
Happy
customer
and
I
will
be
back.
