    I found a supe cute bathing suit for the summer. I was disappointed in the lack of plus size swim suits. I used to shop here because of their plus size clothing but haven't been in a while due to them not having many options. Thankfully I found one and on sale which was great. They also only have ONE fitting room open on each floor and they are really hard to find. Its also extremely HOT in their store so bring water or prepare to sweat. The customer service lady who helped me check out was very nice.

    *Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. Clean, but the associates walking around can be a little nicer to customers. None of them greeted, asked if we needed assistance, & just straight up ignore customers. Also, be aware this JCP store CLOSED all of the FITTING ROOMS. Customers around me were upset that they couldn't try on any clothes before purchasing & didn't want to have to come all the way back to the store to return the items.

    Today I went to your Willowbrook Mall location to exchange a ring I purchased Friday at the Woodlands Mall location. I exchanged the ring that I purchased Friday for a bigger and better one today. When I got to Willowbrook, Patsy the associate was assisting me until Charlie the department manager started micromanging the transaction. I know he was following store protocol but he didn't want to exchange the ring, Charlie told me he could hold the ring for three day and I could come back and get the ring once the refund posted to my debit card, but he couldn't give me cash back..even thought that's how I paid. I was absolutely not satisfied with that, I wanted the ring today. I had a receipt, and i paid cash. Charlie then called Andrew the AP Manager who came to the department and I explained to him that all I wanted was my ring no money back. I also explained to Andrew that I already don't shop in this store and at this point I will NEVER. Andrew then told Charlie to process the exchange without hesitation. I truly appreciated the exemplary customer service that Andrew and Patsy gave me, Charlie he wasn't pleased with the results but he followed the instructions of Andrew. At the end of it all I left the Willowbrook location a Happy customer and I will be back.

    I love JC Penneys in Willowbrook that I visit often. My only complaint is the Escalator going to 2nd floor is usually not working. I realize they have an elevator, but find it very inconvenient.

    Love their Levi selection! Picked up two pairs of skinny jeans and a blue jean jacket that is super comfortable!! They had some pretty good sales.

    I have never had a displeasing experience shopping in this JCPenney. I really wish I knew the lady's name in customer service.. It seems like she's always there. She is a black woman and she wears glasses. She was there Christmas Eve around closing time wearing a buffalo black and red button down. The other young lady that was working with her was polite and patient. She was a younger lady of Hispanic descent with long black curly hair.

    We actually went to see Santa in the mall. We have been going here for years and now are able to make reservations! We never have to wait longer than 15 minutes and Santa and his elves are amazing! Thank you Santa!
