The evening staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and neat . The parking lot was also clean.there wete many good items I will be coming back for. I picked up my online order from the store. This was my first visit there. The store has school supplies too.

This location is my favorite it’s always super organized, clean, & easy to navigate. (Close to home too!) Today I went in around 3pm and the manager & the young lady was very kind & super helpful with my needs.

First visit to this chain and my last. Unorganized, messy and low quality goods. I gave it 2 stars only because they have candy cane flavored TicTacs, that rock! A friend had been to a different location and raved about it. Not sure if it was better but from what I saw I will stick to the much neater, better priced and quality Dollar Tree....that is right next door to 5 below. Skip 5 below and hit $ tree.

Nice selection , pretty organized , staff is pretty freindly . Could use more android accessories though.

Excellent customer service at the Willowbrook location, even with there being issues at corporate. What isn't there to love about good bargains and quirky kitsch? I can't wait to finish using these items in my outdoor space.

I can say this was one of the more organized stores I've been in and the first self check out Five Below I've been in. But I did notice us being followed by one of the workers who just so happen to be "organizing shelves" in every area me and my children shopped.

My daughter always finds things she likes here.

I like to visit this store from time to time as some of their inventory tends to change. I like their wrapping paper, good quality. I don't usually buy much anywhere but I can say I've bought often at this store. The t-shirts are very nice and great bargain but get it while you can because some of them will be gone one sold out. A few years ago I was lucky enough to find animal crossing amiibos for less and they were hard to find elsewhere. I'll be going back soon for sure when I'm in Tomball again.

Ever since they went full self checkout it's been a bad experience. As someone who has worked retail, as a manager for 16 yrs, this place doesn't feel personal anymore. Like a hollow shell.
