DSW still has gorgeous shoes. I am so glad they now sell kids shoes. I got a cute pair of light up tennis shoes for my daughter.

I bought a shoe and didn’t notice is was scuffed at the bottom. The manager didn’t seemed the least bit concerned and refused the return on the very expensive shoe.

Love this place for a good pump but I didn't see the awe statement shoes that I was looking for. Maybe there will be a better selection around the holiday.

I initially went to Target to get my wife a purse but I didn't find anything she would like. I decided to try DSW and I'm glad I did because the purse I got her wasn't that much more expensive than the one I saw at target and this one is higher quality. The store itself is nice and clean and not cluttered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very busy but it is Christmas season so I wasn't bothered by the wait to checkout. The people working there did a really good job. I will shop here again even though I hate the 1960 traffic. This store has really good deals.

Tons of shoes but no real sale prices. However of you have a coupon A wide variety of men, women and children's shoes. They have a lot of accessories too.

My go to shoe store! I ordered online and had to make a return because they sent me used shoes.. first time that happens. I already made the return and ordered again. Friendly employees and customer service online. They changed their sticker color discount.

Never disappointed! I come from out of town every few months and this is where I shop. Customer service is always good 👍

I attempted to buy a pair of shoes and pick them up from this store when they were ready, the website states that it would take at most two hours for my order to be ready which I was fine with . Five hours later and I still had no email from them , then they finally sent me an email only to tell me that my order was canceled with no explanation

Huge selection and nice people working. Very helpful but not hovering. I like that the shoes are out in different sizes so I don't have to wait and ask for my size to try things on. Definitely makes shopping quicker and more convenient.

They do not have any ladies dress boots that are higher on the calf. All was ankle style.
