After being a homeowner, renting has been a huge adjustment for me. I appreciate the office staff for being patient, professional and helpful. The community is very well maintained and managed. The office staff is responsive and consistently working at making this place a home. Maintenance is highly knowledgeable and efficient. The housekeeper does a great job keeping this place clean. Owners invest in the property to create a better, more functional community. Thank you for the fobs!

It’s a beautiful and newly renovated place. Everything is sparkling new and the grounds are well maintained. I am especially grateful that there are no roaches! Texas seems to be infested with them but I haven’t seen any signs of them here. The residents are lovely and the manager, Jasbir is a kind, kind soul. She is extremely organized, hardworking, compassionate, and pleasant. I highly recommend this property!

The apartment is clean and well maintained and also the staff members are very helpful and friendly. I had a pleasant stay with my family and we felt like home.

I would leave a ZERO if I could!! I stayed here for 2 weeks as an Air BnB. The lobby and 1st floor look decent considering it’s an old rundown hotel they slapped fresh paint on and now sell as studio apartments. But if you are even considering moving here PLEASE take one of the stairways up the the second and third floor. You will change your mind IMMEDIATELY! Homeless people LIVE IN in the stairwells and pee and poop in the stairwells!! The rooms are ROACH INFESTED! They really let anyone move in here.. Majority of the residents are cigarette smokers who chain smoke all day and night inside and since it’s an old hotel that means the entire building reeks of cigarette smoke along with weed and other drugs people smoke.... Did I mention that the place is covered in BLACK MOLD. If you care about your lungs/ health or have kids or pets this is an awful place. I would rather stay in my car! When I brought the office woman up to my room to show her the 60+( I could count) roaches crawling the floors walls and bathtub her response was to bring me a can of Raid! But I couldn’t keep it for more spraying when I saw the roaches come out of hiding again..she needed to take the can of raid bring it to a new tenant having the same problem.. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENT . So they clearly don’t have any pest control there. ****Warning AVOID PERLA 1960 *** I have stayed in many places and I’m not opposed to saving money and living somewhere cheap but PERLA 1960 is extremely dangerous to one’s health with all of the ROACHES, BED BUGS & MOLD. For the money they charge you could find a much cleaner and safer place. The management there does not care at all about your health or safety. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Stay Far Far Away!

I had an overall great experience both times I have came to Perla 1960. Staff were very friendly, great with move in process and getting paperwork complete. They work with you on everything you will never have any issues. The apartments look very nice and they are spacious. Come to Perla 1960 and rent with these great Ladies. I love everything about this Location. Jassi is a great proper manager she will get you approved and moved in. She is very helpful and kind. I love her energy, smile is remarkable, you will never have any problems. I will be giving others referrals to move here. Thank You All So Much Perla 1960

I am really enjoying my stay at this newly renovated and extremely well maintained property. It is ideally situated for easy access to major shopping outlets and restaurants. One of its primary assets are the committed, kind and reliable office and management staff....Jessie, Jasmine and Rosheen helped me tremendously with the whole moving in process, making it as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Perla1960 for either a short-term or long-term stay. It is both people and pet friendly!

The apartment building is so calm and peaceful which is exactly what I was looking for. Oh and the property manager Jassi was super helpful and friendly. Her kindness convinced me to sign the lease and she’s quick to respond to any complaints.

I had a really great experience moving into Perla 1960. They were really flexible in letting me move in off cycle, and even had someone wait for me on my move in day to make sure everything went smoothly. They have been really responsive to maintenance requests as well! I love the gym here 🤗 Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for short term housing for an internship or a business trip like I did!

I enjoyed my stay at Perla it was a really captivating experience, which I am willing to re-embark again. The suites and facilities are kept absolutely virtuous and honorable. The customer service is satisfactory to a great extent. I highly endorse of this apartment

RUN! BEWARE! Go somewhere else! The good reviews are fake or bought! Head my warning. 2 Washers out of 8 are working, cockroaches and corroded pipes with toxic colored water. This place was a hotel, and basically still is. No stove, no storage, one window with a view of the parking lot. Old management was bad, but the “new” management is worse! They left a EVICTION NOTICE on our door for not paying rent, called and showed receipts and they told us they accidentally put that on EVERYONES door. I only got a 6 month lease but every day I pray for the day it expires. They claim you’ll pay 800$ but pile on fees for “gas” when theres no stove, charging you up to 1,500$ for 400sqft. Run from here.

I love the atmosphere of the apartments. I found the apartment online and called the property manager Jassi and she walked me through the process. I was aproved quickly. She is very cominicative and I had no issue in any step in the process. All of the leasing staff are very nice welcoming. I got to tour the room and My room is spacious and The pool is nice and clean. The washing machines are big and cheap. They also have a free Starbucks coffee machine wich is great for morining runs.
