Excellent pediatric urgent care clinic! I received a call from my child's school that they needed to be picked up because they weren't feeling well, so I was in search of an urgent care clinic that would see them that late in the afternoon which is how I stumbled upon this clinic. I was able to book an appointment online and my child was seen right away after checking in and completing the online paperwork. Moreover, the nurse practitioner was very friendly and efficient! We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this clinic!

I highly recommend this location to other parents in need of seeing a health professional for their children. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, making the experience all the more pleasant. Booking an appointment through the app was user-friendly and hassle-free. Overall, this location is great and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided.

I love love love this place.I went to another urgent care and I didn’t like the fact they didn’t even check her oxygen levels and said she was fine. But of course my mom instincts were telling me that she was not okay. My aunt recommended me to go to this place. I would recommend 100000% to anyone who needs to take their babies. Since we walked in we were greeted with kindness and didn’t have to wait a long time because I did my appointment online it was super fast and quick as well. Nurse Monica was very informative and gentle with our baby girl. Thank you! We appreciate you!

I don't have any pictures, but this was the best Urgent Care I've ever been to. They were quick, it was so beyond clean. Everyone was super nice and very thorough!!! We scheduled online, filled all the paperwork out, and walked right in when it was our scheduled time. Highly suggest going if needing an urgent care!!! -- Just a side note... the rooms are HUGE, with lots of seating. Most UC rooms feel sooo crowded and small, these are bigger than some hospital rooms!!!

I took my son to his PCP for the same symptoms I brought him in for less than a week ago. I am so upset my PCP didn’t mention the severity of his earwax impaction and didn’t bother to take care of him in the office. The NP Sarah quickly grabbed her tool and as wiggly as my boy was she was still so gentle and was still able to quickly clear his ears and properly diagnosed him. I also loved how we did not have to wait a long time she entered right after we entered the room, she was so sweet, and friendly, handled my wiggly boy well as well as my daughter. Thank you so much Ms. Sarah Austin you are amazing!

First desk lady and doctor were nice. However, the nurse taking her vitals was not kid friendly by any means. The final straw is when she caught an attitude with me when asking about my daughter’s reason for being here. If you can visit Texas Children’s urgent care I suggest you do so, they are kind to littles especially when they aren’t feeling well. I know I would have went there had they had openings.

Great experience taking my daughter! After being unable to find any appointments at TCH Urgent Care, I decided to try this one. Very easy to book online and they had lots of available times. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was so nice and respectful. The office is brand new - super clean and very cute! We will definitely be back the next time we need urgent care!

Took our son on a Saturday and was incredibly impressed with not only how clean the facility was but how friendly the staff was as well. The doctor was very personable and very helpful, she answered any and ALL questions I had and even went the extra mile. Happy I found this Urgent Care when I searched the ones that were open near me. I got there 20 minutes before closing time and they still took us. They didn’t rush us or the service. Everyone was super kind, professional, caring and friendly. It was my first time there and I loved my experience with them. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility. I give them 11 out of 10, yes, they get an extra number because they were all outstanding! Will never go to any other Urgent Care but this one!

Brought my daughter in at 10:50 the other evening. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, which was wonderful because I felt bad showing up within minutes of closing. The building was bright, inviting, and clean. My daughter was able to get her first dose of medicine there to get us through the night. The NP we saw was so patient and kind to my daughter. Our experience was a 10/10.

This is my second time here and let me just say the service is excellent, the facility is super clean and the staff is very welcoming. We booked an appointment online and we were seen right away. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing to take their little ones.

I really liked the experience that my son and I had, everything was very clean and the place was very nice, from the beginning the ladies, nurses and doctors were very friendly, what I liked most was that the need for a doctor arose at 10: 00 PM and as soon as I arrived they attended to my son without an appointment 🙏🏼🥰🫶🏻 thank you very much.
