If I could give these apts no stars i would. I dont know what happened to these apts when i was younger they were nice but now they are the worse apts ever. Nothing ever is fixed properly around here. The trash stay over flowed so trash just be everywhere. The apts are roached infested and for them to be so raggedy they have tge nerve to have parking stickers. But still get your car towed when you have a sticker. These apts are trash trash trash.WARNING do not move over here.

The Rubicon is more like the Rocha con, there’s an old lady that sells snacks that has hun dreads of them! my apartment fell victim to a outbreak slowly from my neighbors.. if you look closely The landladys desk will have can of roach spray. she pride her self because her husband allows such pest to thrive

Don't rent here...they discriminate.. they turn me down cause of my looks. They said that they to close to a school n can not risk it... risk what? Besides there prices r to dam high for some broken down apt...

Horrible the maintenance do what they want they never notify you when there going to do plumbing so u might have water might not and the maintenance have attitude and act like they own the apartment complex rude disrespectful

Old rats. They charge $150 for applications and never call.

Places of roach motel with a manager that doesn't know how to do anything except move more roaches in have lots of lots of pictures going to come in and she also steals money from HUD does not know how to run a car department complex legally and that's all about the change lots and lots of letters coming to you do not come here trust me totally illegal nowhere to park roaches carry you out have a good day and stay away

Horrible, this property is the ugliest thing there can be, the pipes are clogged all the time, the maintenance is terrible. People take their dogs out to relieve themselves and don't clean it, it's disgusting.
