I used to go here all the time. Here is what I saw when I opened my lunch, purchased 5 minutes prior at this WS location. Basically rotting produce. Pretty Gross.

On all of my visits I receive my food in a reasonable amount of time. The order is correct and food is always good. The place is very small, but it's never crowded or have a long line. I rated them five stars because the service and food is great. I would totally recommend them and continue to visit.

Been many times. Food is usually pretty satisfying. Got the new Cajun Meal Deal chicken sandwich.

I had a VERY large order that was supposed to be ready 45 minutes after they opened, got there a little early but they were already almost done with the order! Super helpful, super friendly, made sure everything was in the bags, and food was all delicious and fresh. Just wish I could've tipped them or there was an option to tip on receipt after you've paid or even when you're paying online! ☹️☹️ Definitely will be coming back though, I really appreciate the business and everyone who works there who helped on the large order this morning! 🙌🏼😁

They often don't drain the grease from the chicken well enough. I got a sandwich and the bun was soaked with grease. A few other times I got some wings from this location and there was an excessive amount of grease in the Styrofoam container. The bone in wings also often have a noticeable amount of feathers. It's a shame because the food can be good if it's properly washed and drained after being cooked. The only time it comes out right is if I go in and order in person and request it not to have feathers and to be drained properly.

Cashier is rude and such a bad attitude Ordered online and got there 20min after Food still not ready so I waited but people who order at the store got their food first and here im Still waiting about 20min I asked the cashier wheres my order and they look confused like what order? Older lady starting to cook some wing another 5 min later my ordered came out i asked why taking so long cashier said its busy dont even apologize Like we all see what you guys are doing from the lobby food was very greasy and fries Were soggy Dont come here The store by 99 ranch market is much better

Super bowl Sunday they were packed with tons of orders. Worth a 2 hour wait. Order was accurate, hot and ready at the quoted time. Staff was very friendly, working super hard with all these orders. I arrived to pick up and was ready with my order with in 1 minute and out the door I go. Thank you very much! Service and everything was on point!

I probably messed up my order after a long day of work. And told them I wanted bone less of bone in. They were super patient with me and helpful. They made me a new order super quickly. I appreciate the great service and will definitely be back.

One of the best wingstop locations in Houston! Food is ALWAYS fresh, fries cooked to PERFECTION! 😊
